"She fell in love with me, but I just didn't feel the same. I wasn't a good guy. Hell, I'm still not a good guy. But what happened was, she gave herself to me and started talking about the future. It freaked me out. I didn't love her, so I wasn't going to marry her. And that's what I told her. She flipped out and told everybody. She left and I went back to the way I was. It wasn't a big deal."

It wasn't a big deal? It sounds like a big deal. Listening to him talk about it so nonchalantly was alarming. He didn't see the problem with ripping out a girls heart. But it wasn't for me to judge. I didn't know him. I don't know him. I didn't even know the girl. It shouldn't bother me. And it doesn't.

"Oh well, it's not my place." He looked surprised. Like he didn't expect me to say that. I shrugged my shoulders and walked out. Once I got out into the hallway I heard Niall run to my side.

"What was that? You act all mad and then you play it off like you don't even care. I've only known you for a day and you already infuriate me." He stepped in front of me and searched my face for something. "There's something about you. Something mysterious. I like it." I rolled my eyes and walked past him.

I got in the elevator and waited for him. Once he stepped in I pressed the first floor button. Niall took a step closer to me and wrapped his arm around my waist. I stepped forward so his arm wasn't around me anymore. He mirrored my actions and returned his hand to his previous position but tighter.

"Why are you doing that?" I looked up at him and waited for an answer. He dropped his head into my neck.

"Because I want to." I felt his lips on my neck with every word he spoke. It gave me chills. "And it looks as if you like it." He picked his head up and kissed my cheek.

The elevator doors opened and the girls from the bathroom were there.

"Oh wow. He works fast. Did he already get into your pants?" I immediately pounced on her but I was quickly pulled off.

"It's not worth it, darling." He pulled me tighter to him and pulled me out with them.

"Why did you pull me out? Obviously she needs to be taught a lesson and no one else is going to do it." Niall turned and gave me an amused look.

"You really are a tough one aren't ya?" He started laughing and I joined in. We started to calm down before I noticed we were walking to the frat house.

"Why are we going back to the frat house?" He rolled his eyes at me.

"You ask a lot of questions and it's getting annoying." His tone took a dramatic turn from the playful one he was just using. I just stayed quiet and followed him.

Am I really that annoying? I mean, I know I ask a lot of questions but that's only because he never gives me any clue to where we're going or why. It really pisses me off! He just expects me to follow him like a lost puppy, and I'm not like that. I thought he would've picked up on that, but obviously not.

I came back to my senses and we were already back at the house. He pulled out his keys and walked over to a sleek black car parked on the side of the road. He unlocked it and slid in. I mirrored his actions and got into the other side of the car.

He put his keys into the ignition and almost instantly the car came to life. The radio came on and it was pretty loud. I just ignored it since it didn't really bother me. About 10 minutes into the car ride he started belting along to the song that was playing. He was really good. Like amazing. He could definitely go through with the singing career.

We pulled up to the bowling alley and walked in. Niall went up to the counter so I decided to look around. I was looking at a picture when I heard someone else's voice next to me. It was definitely not Niall.
