I was waiting for Andre at Starbucks so we could work on our project.
"Hey beautiful" Andre says as he walks over to the table.
"Hey" I reply
when he sits down he asks "who is this cutie you have here"
"Andre this is Hazel. Hazel this is Andre can you wake at Andre?" I say smiling watching my baby girl smile at him
"Well Hazel you look a lot like your mama so I can tell when you get older you will be very beautiful and your... dad will have a lot of trouble keeping the boys away from you" He said but he said dad with a bit of hesitation. "Her dad isn't in her life like he should be" I say looking up from Hazel.
He just nods his head then says "We should get started on this project"
An hour and a half into working on our project I had to use the bathroom and I didn't want to take Hazel in there with me so I asked Andre if he could watch her and he said he didn't have a problem with watching her.
I tried to go as fast as I could in the bathroom. As I was leaving I head yelling and kind of sounded like it was Jordan so I walked around the corner to see him standing at the table yelling at Andre. While Andre has this emotionless look on his face. I was kind of shocked and mad that he was here. Shocked because I didn't expect to see him here and mad because he was yelling at Andre while he was holding my baby and no one yells in front of my baby girl.
"What are you doing here Jordan" I asked walking over to the table
"will I came to get some coffee for a headache-"
"You mean a hangover" I say cutting me off
"And I walk in to see you let another nigga holding my kid when you wont even let me see her" he says ignoring me cutting him off
"Well if you didn't show up drunk or high as hell when you come and see her then your dumb ass could see her but you are ALWAYS drunk and/or high when you come and try and see here and I don't want that around my child. so if that is all could you please go away so I can finish my work" I say as I sit down but he pulls my arm so im jerked out of my seat standing in front of him .
He gets in my face and says "Look here you bitch I don't care that you wont let me see her but you WILL NOT LET ANOTHER MAN HOLD MY CHILD" he says but by the time he was done he was yelling
I yanked my arm out of his hold and told him "First off don't ever grab me like that again and second you should care about coming to see your daughter and last but not least I don't give a damn about who you want holding my child ok?" I say to him getting in his face more than I was before "so as I said before good-bye Jordan" I said as I took my seat and after that Jordan stormed out and I sighed
"sorry about that now you know why he isn't really in her life" I say apologizing to Andre
"Its fine you had to do what you had to and plus you look hot when your angry" he says looking at me
I blush and say "If you want I can take Hazel from you now." he shakes his head no saying "I like holding her" so I smile and let him hold her as we continue working on our project.
