Chapter Two The Picknick

Eliza POV

I silently whispered "Fuck" when I saw what the clock was I was supposed to meet with my best friends at a picknick that Aria had set up.

I only had 20 min so, I brushed my long brown hair and quickly made a bun and took shorts and a tank top and ran out the door.
I don't know how I did it but I managed to grab Orange juice on the way out. I was a bit sleepy but I had some adrenalin for waking up late.
I walked away from the big house area and walked towards the park that was quite close to the beach.

It was 15 min away from my house and I had took sort of 17 min to get ready. So I messaged Aria that I would be a bit late.
I always was late to everything so I think everyone had got used to it.

I was late to my first day of school and kindergarten, just to make it even worse I had been late to meeting my mom in the hospital.
I was really a mess when it comes to getting to places in time, but that's just me and one of my flaws.

I teared up a bit thinking about my mom, but tried to forget it and put on my headphones.
I blasted Twenty one pilots in my ears their new album had just came out I had been excited since it was announced and the waiting had really been worth it.

I was almost there and i saw in the distance three bicycles parked around two trees near by the picknick.
I stopped the music and walked past the bicycles and saw them Aria was really pretty today her outfit was on point she really had planned out this day.

Tristan sat very close to Nathan they had been getting closer under the summer and the girls were a bit pushy trying to get them to be a couple.

Aria was so excited and gave us a lot of treats while talking about a book she had read over the summer.

It was the most adorable thing when she was happy because she talked super fast and stopped very rarely to catch her breath.

I layed down in Arias knee while listening to her babbling about the book.
