Ride or Die: The Fast and The Furious

Chapter 1: Tuna On White No Crust

It's sunny Los Angeles, California around 8:00 am.  The highways are busy, and the parking lots are filling, except for one.  The Los Angeles Dodgers stadium.  There was only one car.  A green Mitsubishi Eclipse is sitting parked in the lot.  Or is it.  A street racer and undercover ex. cop by the name Brian O'Connor is testing his cars top speed for a race later that night.  He hits the gas, the speed guage goes up, 110, 120 and finally loses control of his car hitting 130 mph.  He spins and spins.  Finally he comes to a stop before hitting a safety barrier that looks over Los Angeles.  Later that day, he goes to lunch at Toretto's Market and Diner while driving his red work truck.  Brian walks in and sits down.  He starts to read a car magazine when  says "let me guess, tuna on white bread with no crust".  "Yeah no crust" says Brian.  Dominic gang of street racers drive in.  They start to tune Vince's car when he looks up and sees that Brian has eaten there for three straight days.  They all walk in.  While the other three members mess around with each other, Vince with the jealousy he has starts to be a punk towards Brian.  Mia says "Vince...".  Vince says "What.  I'm just messin with the punk".  Mia says to Vince "You need anything"?  Vince says "No.  But hey Mia, your looking good today".  Brian gets up and starts to walk to his car.  Vince stands up and yells, "Why don't you try Fatburger from now on, you can get a double cheeseburger with fries for $2.95 you faggot".  Brian ignores him and keeps walking.  Vince who is just itching for a fight runs up and pushes him.  Brian uppercuts Vince to his chin.  After the two of them have been fighting for about a ninety seconds Mia starts to scream for Dom to do something about it.  Dom finally gets up and says "Hey Mia what did you put in that sandwich".  Mia says "Real funny Dom".  He finally walks out of his spot in the back where he was sitting around drinking a Corona.  He walks out to the parking lot and pulls the two of them apart and yells at Vince saying "Stop it you're embarrasing yourself".  Dom picks up Brian's wallet and opens it.  "Brian O'Connor, sounds like a serial killer name, is that what you are"?  Brian says "no".  Dom says "You just started working for Harry".  Brian says "Yeah".  Dom says "Well you were just fired".  Brian gets in his truck and goes to work.  When he parks he accidentally hits the curb.  He walks in and starts to get changed when his boss Harry walks in and says "what the hell was that".  "Dominic is our best customer and your out there fighting with his gang".  Brian walks out of his room in the back and says "it will be fine".  When he sees the NOS bottles hanging on the rack he says "I'm going to need some of the small ones.  No.  Make it two of the big ones".  Harry says "What the hell are you thinking, this morning your car topped out at 130 MPH.  If you go any higher your main frame will blow off".  Brian says "Yeah give me two of the big ones".  Later that night Brian is going to try to get into the street race between Dom, Edwin, and one other unknown racer.  Dominic and his gang ride up.  They get out of there car and start to talk about the bets in the race.  Brian walks up and says "hey I want in the race.  Now listen I don't have any cash but I do have the Pink Slips to my car".  Jesse says "you think you can just walk in here and think that you will win right off the bat.  No that is not how this works".  "If I lose, the winner gets my car.  If I win, I get my car and the respect".  After talking a bit about how they will make it work, the racers line up to race.  Brian being this is his first race accidentally passes the start line.  He backs up and gets ready to race.  First Dom looks at him, then Edwin, and then the unknown racer.  Hector, the man who is running the race says "Ready, Set, Go"!!!
