 Tiny entered the room "take your seats" She half demanded

 Umbra turned back to the front her supplies already out, Jax was ready as well, they both tried to be very good in Tiny's class. Alex sighed putting her laptop away and getting out her stuff, she wished she could just go to Music and Engineering and be done with day

Milo refused to take out her ear buds but listened to tiny as she narrowed her eyes to Seth "Mr Vince put your jacket on." She shook her head before starting the lesson. Seth rolled his eyes flipped her off under the desk

Umbra sighed debating asking Tiny if she could wear the boys uniform since the top three buttons on her shirt where useless, Jax sighed it's first hour at least have some tact. Tiny started to give the lesson. Seth groaned silently

Umbra bit her lip to keep from turning around and berating Seth. The whole hour flew by with Tiny giving them a lecture on how important Shakespeare was. At the end of class, Seth got up and started to put his things away while Milo dashed out of class. her next class was music

Umbra sighed quickly packing up and going up to Tiny "two things real quick," she said quietly "Were either of you planing on having us over for dinner, Seth invited us over and Milo's cooking this time, and can I please wear the guys uniform? I can't button the top two and the thirds already broke" she asked, very hopeful about the uniform. Jax packed up and headed to whatever he had next, and Alex may have snuck out before class was over.

"Doc and I were going to see a movie, and in the back there is male uniforms." Tiny smiled as she started preparing for her next class. "okay, thank you" Umbra said brightly grabbing a couple male uniforms and rushing out to try to change before Music, not that she thought the teacher would mind if she was late.

Milo smiled as she got to her next class, she set her stuff down and smiled as she pulled out her violin, plucking the strings slightly.

Seth's next class was math with smith, he made a face as he entered the stale room.

Alex was already there having set up her bass waiting almost impatiently for class to start, Jax was of to photography, and Umbra was trying to get changed before music since she doubled as pianist and harpist there's no way I'm gonna be on time she thought irritated as the skirt was stuck around her waist

Milo sighed as she started to tune her violin. "shes gonna be late" she murmured

 Umbra growled as the bell for class rang, she had only got the pants on and was buttoning up the shirt. Ms. Jones raised an eyebrow when she noticed Umbra's absence "does any one know where Umbral is?" she asked it's unlike her to be late, and she's here since those two came to work she thought as she went through the rest of attendance.

probably the bathroom Milo thought as she continued to pluck at her strings

Ms. Jones starting class, about five minutes later Umbra came in rather embarrassed. Ms. Jones raised an eyebrow at the swapped uniform I bet Smith's gonna throw a fit "piano" she told Umbra motioning to the board for their current piece, Umbra sighed in relief since the piano hardly ever needed tuning. Alex tilted her head that defiantly looks better on her she thought

Milo giggled at how umbra looked better in a guys uniform. as they started the piece she got nervous. she was first violin in several pieces and was afraid she was gonna mess up, which is what she did every time she thought about it.

Umbra grinned as she played knowing she was messing up a bit, especially when she hit a sharp instead of flat, but she still enjoyed playing. Alex cringed a bit at the dissonant piano note, but didn't pay it much mind it wasn't that uncommon when they had Umbra on piano which was most always anymore.

Milo was having a blast, more than she thought she would. She started to play her heart out as she followed the music

Ms. Jones made them play through different sections of the piece adjusting people's playing as she needed to and having a few people write in new notes for some measures, before having them move on to the next piece which made her pause "Umbral move to harp Rain take over piano" She said. Umbra moved eagerly over to the harp quickly taking off its cover, it was a beautiful dark wood harp, she carefully checked over it adjusting where she needed to. Alex was nervous watching her, she still remembered when the harp strings snapped blinding Umbra in her right eye.

Milo became nervous again and started to tune her violin to the key she needed.

Umbra pet the harp string easily enjoying the sound, she had no fear of her harp despite the injury. Ms. Jones sighed as she started them playing, Alex was playing nervously even if the strings snapped she wouldn't end up worse she still has it on her right, somehow 

Milo closed her eyes as they started to play. she started to play a different tune after a while. this one she was making up completely as she went.

Ms. Jones grinned a bit, still nervous. Umbra sighed almost resting her head on the strings as she played playing the rhythms with different notes.Milo continued but became relatively quieter as she played. Ms. Jones looked at Milo, unsure of why she was decrescendoing, just as the piece was swelling Umbra stopped playing carefully stood her harp up and curled in on herself. Alex noticed and almost immediately stopped playing as well. 

Milo stopped almost immediately. Feeling something wrong, she looked over at umbra. "oh no" she murmured. 

Umbra sighed carefully reaching down and pulling her locket out from under her shirt sort of biting the end of it, Ms. Jones motioned for everyone to stop playing, she never knew what to do when this happened and it had a few times. Alex wasn't sure what to do either, Umbra calmed significantly when the music stopped "sorry" she murmured

Milo put down her violin and picked her way to umbra. she squatted down next to her. "you OK?" she whispered quietly, not sure how Umbra was going to react.

"yeah" Umbra said softly "I love the music, but it's just..." She trailed off not wanting to bring up how nervous Milo got with cars. Ms. Jones wrote the song on her list of songs they couldn't play this is most English waltzes. She thought. Alex sighed at her perceived uselessness.

Milo nodded "need a break?" she asked. Milo usually took umbra to the roof of the school to breath if she said yes after these incidences."I think I'm good, it was one of my favorites" she said quietly "beautiful waltz, me and Jax only bothered to learn to dance for it" she said with a sad smile as she looked at Milo.

Milo smiled as well. "class is almost over, think ya can survive?" she asked

"probably" Umbra said. Ms. Jones sighed telling everyone to pack up since they didn't have enough time to get anything done on the other pieces. Alex carefully put away her bass, and Umbra slowly uncurled, tuning her harp to keep her busy before she pulled the cover over.

Milo put away her violin. "maths next," she whimpered. "That'll be fun" Umbra said. Alex groaned I hate Smith she thought waiting awkwardly for Umbra and Milo.
