On the way to Dublin , I had time to think what should I do next. I promised myself to never fall in love again. My heart was empty and broken. That day when I get off plain and get into the bus , I buy myself newspaper. On it cover was Daisy and Austin Clark , happy married. I threw that paper and went on bus station. My uncle told me that someone will wait for me on station when I get off the train. There was some man , who I saw when I was about to get off the bus. He was holding my name in his hands , and when I got closer , he asked me.
?? : " Are you miss Elena Rose. "
Chloe : " Yes , I am Elena Ross. You must my uncle's employer? " - I looked at him with quizzical look.
?? : " Yes , I am. Please follow me. " - he said that and begin to walk. I was following him . When I got into car , he immediately got us in front of uncle's cafe. It was some kind of sport cafe. And in front of him stood a men who should be my uncle. I have not seen him for several years , 10 or maybe 15 , but he was pretty young even when I was younger. He was a professor of sport at some school. He changed a lot since then. When the car stopped , I jumped out of it and run to my uncle , and he greeted me with hug. I started to cry. He welcome me into his cafe. When I walked I saw 5 young mens sitting in corner and watching basketball play. I set at the bar and uncle offered me a drink. I took caffee and started to talking to my uncle.
Joseph : " So how was your flight? Have you been sick in plane? Tell me. "
Elena : " No , I wasen't sick , uncle Joseph. And my flight was fine. Did my parents call? " - i looked at him excepting the bad news.
Joseph : " Yes , Elena , they caled and tell they will be here from India for 2 or 4 hours. What are you going to do? "
Elena : " I really don't know uncle Josh. Please help me! " { Uncle always loved when I was calling him Josh. It was simply then Joshep. }
Josh : " Don't worry , we'll figure something out. " - I heard a strange voise behind me calling my uncle Josh. But I know who called him Josh , that mean that person must be special to him. I turn around and see one of those young mans who I saw first when I came into caffe.
?? : " Coach , one beer , please? "
Josh : " Of course , Luke. " - I stoped. Did he just said Luke? Pictures in my mind start to go to past when I was a girl. And Luke , I mean a boy named Luke , promised me that day that we'll get married when we grow up. I turned and look better. No , there is no way this is that little sceard Luke who was always mean to me. I tried to talk to him but he suddanly speak first.
Luke : " What are you staring at , big head. " - he looked a little angry because of my staring at him. My uncle started talking.
Josh : " How can you talk like that to my niece? Apologize to her , Luke? " - I reassured my uncle that there is no need for that , when Luke suddanly talked.
Luke : " What am I going to apologize to her? It's just the true. " - then I was really insulted so I was about defend him.
Elena : " What did you just said , jerk? Now I want you to apologize to me. " - I was sitting in my chair , with my legs chipped , drinking my caffee and waiting for his apology. He looked at me , now all angry , and countinued.
Luke : " What did you just said? Did you call me a jerk? " - now I was about to fight so I just said then.
Elena : " Bring it on . You want a fight , well you'r about to get it. " - then uncle Josh had emergency response. He yelled.
Josh : " Elena! Luke! That's enough. " - he looked at both of us. But when uncle said Elena , Luke yelled.
Luke : " Elena! This girl here? Men , your getting old that you can't even recognize your own niece. " - he smiled.
Elena : " Now you can't even recgonize me , and then you said you loved me ? " - he didn't said any word to me afther that. He's cheeks got flushed and the he come to me.
Luke : " Once I loved you , but there is no longer space for you in my heart. " - when he said that it was like something terrible hard hit me and I fell on the floor , unconscious. When I was awake , I saw my uncle next to me. I was still in the café and the guys were around me. I saw them , it was Luke , James , Paul , Mark , Kevin and my parents. When I saw my parents , I wish I didn't wake up.
Everyone : " Are you OK , Elena? " - they were worried.
Elena : " Yeah , I'm alright. "
