Pain is many different things and comes in Many different forms

It's the whine your stomach makes because you "accidentally" forgot to eat lunch
It's the feeling of dread when your high dies down and you know the drugs are slowly leaving your system
It's how the muscles in your face start to ache from putting on a fake smile all the time.
It's having to get up at 6 when you fell asleep at 4 crying
It's the headache you get when you finally stop crying and the numbness you feel knowing you have to pull yourself together
It's the sting you get when you shower for a few days when the cuts are still fresh
It's the sting of your skin when you take away the blade
It's pulling down the sleeves or stacking on the bracelets, layering on the cover up or putting on pants when it's 80 degrees
It's having to do anything you possibly can to distract yourself because you're  home alone and that bottle of ibuprofen seems to be calling your name
It's writing suicide notes nobody will see because they're just drafts
It's lying to your friends because you're too depressed  to go out
It's telling your mom you ate already so she doesn't know your starving yourself again
It's locking yourself away in your room most of the time
It's crying in the shower so nobody hears
It's looking in the mirror and wanting to cry
It's stepping on a scale and wanting to puke
It's baggy sweaters and messy hair
It's  a happy smile and sad eyes
It's tears that nobody sees, cries nobody hears and agony nobody knows
It's not always physical or obvious.
