Ilyea sighed and continued melting the shards of Genesis in the smelting pot. She watched the metal in curiosity as it glinted a bright orange, blowing a long sigh of relief.
"Hey."
Ilyea looked over to the side and glowered in the one named War's direction.
"Hello." Ilyea said quietly, remembering how the red horseman treated her months before.
"How long until you finish Genesis?" He asked after a long silence, sitting down at the wooden table behind Ilyea.
"About a few days, a week at best." She said curtly, pushing a few strands of red hair from her eyes.
"I've noticed you're blind. How ever did you survive in the maker realm?" War snickered, picking up a metal tool from the workbench.
"I've noticed that you have an enchanted gauntlet. Did it hurt when Death sliced your arm off?" Ilyea snapped at War, turning her back on the simmering horseman.
"Wh-"
"Do me a favor and be useful for once; go get some more materials for me, will you?"
"I don't-"
"Unless you want Damiana to you know, die again, I suggest you go." Ilyea growled under her breath.

Stumbling out of the blue portal, Damiana stretched and yawned loudly, glaring towards the smirking Dantè.
"It took you thirty years to open the damn portal." Damiana playfully punched his side.
"Sorry, I figured you were going to take a long time since you know, you aren't the most experienced person here." Dantè glowered over at Damiana, showing more of his sharp teeth as his smile widened.
Damiana rolled her sweet red eyes and turned back to Death, who now had his face concealed with his iconic bone mask. Dantè looked at the two of them, sighed angrily, and walked away, mumbling ancient things under his breath as he did so.
"So whatcha gonna do?" Damiana smiled, poking Death on his chest playfully.
"Well for one, figure out how to open this box." He said quietly, taking the ancient box from Damiana's hands.
"Then after that...I'm not too sure." He nodded.
Damiana smiled even wider and began kneading his chest lightly, still happy over the two's time together. Death chuckled quietly and gently pushed Damiana's hands away.
"Damiana!"
Damiana smirked and turned to greet her older sister, only to have the breath squeezed out of her once again by the female horseman's tight embrace.
"I'm so happy you two are okay!" Fury sang cheerily, nuzzling Damiana's hair.
"The Council wishes to speak to you...and you Damiana." Fury muttered, putting Damiana down with a concerned look plastered across her lovely pale face.
"They know she's alive?" Death said quickly, abandoning the soft tone he had before.
"Yes-"
"Then the other two kingdoms must know!"
"And that means Lucifer knows!" Damiana widened her eyes, ruining her plan of a secret attack on the Lord of Darkness.
Death made a sound similar to a human sucking their teeth in agitation and summoned the pale horse Despair. He laid his hand on the smooth horn of the saddle and said over his shoulder;
"Damiana, I expect you either in front of me or close in proximity to me. We're going to the Council now."
"But-"
"NOW." Death snapped, swinging his leg over the aged saddle.
Damiana sighed and shook her head mourning fully; she knew the sweet moment the two shared wouldn't last too long...
Death wasn't one to be sentimental.
While she was thinking, her loyal mount, Betrayal turned Glory, trotted up to her and nudged her shoulder.
"I need to show you something."
"And I need you to take me to the Council." Damiana muttered, heaving herself into the saddle.
The blonde mare shook it's platinum mane, flicking tongues of blue fire from it's strands. It shifted uneasily on its legs and galloped off towards Despair, scorching the grass with it's glowing blue hooves.
"Uhh, all we do is travel." Damiana sighed.
Death nodded and turned Despair in the opposite direction and urged his mount into a quick paced gallop with Glory and Damiana not far behind.
"It is imperative I show you, Damiana." Glory said quietly, craning it's head to look at Damiana from the side.
"No."
Glory whinnied and lowered it's head, charging past Despair with ease. As it picked up speed, bursts of blue and white flames erupted from the ground. Glory made a sharp roar and opened a medium blue portal before it and it's rider.
"Glory-"
