I mentally groaned, the awkward silence eating me alive while we both sat in front of the principals desk, him giving off a stern look.

"You both will be suspended for three days," He said, his eyes hidden behind his glasses. I immediately jumped out of my seat. "He started it!" I yelled. What I really wanted to say was 'his slut actually dragged me to his table and then he put his crusty soup on my uniform when I did nothing'  but, I knew I would have my butt sailing out of this school before I could say kimchi if I did. JungKook just watched my amused, picking at his teeth.

The vice principal whispered something in the principals ear as he cleared his throat. "Since you, Mrs. Kim, still was a cause and part of this event, both of you, will be on cafeteria cleaning duty for a week. Understood?" He said turning to both of us. I groaned, slumping in my chair. JungKook wrapped his arm around me tightly, smiling at the principal with his teeth.

I stood up to protest once more but was pulled down by JungKook. He flashed me a smile with his Pearl white teeth, looking up at the principal.

"Don't worry, we got this under control. Isn't that right," He said turning to me. "Partner?"

I gritted my teeth, scrubbing the tables, with the tiny scrub. If you can't already tell, JungKook didn't come. He never would, he was probably too busy flirting with a girl or stealing money from someone. I wiped the last chair, wiping a sweat from my head and putting my hand on my hip. It was the second day of school, and I had already stirred up some trouble for myself.

I figured I would go to the school library today right as soon as the bell rung, since I needed to get some of my books for world history to practice. That would be in roughly ten minutes, which gave me more than enough time to settle.

I quickly grabbed my things as the last bell rang, crowds of students bursting out of doors. I walked down the hallway, slipping into the library. It was quiet in there, not too crowded, a peaceful place. I looked towards an assistant, as the young lady walked towards me. "I'm looking for information on the Pearl Harbor," I whispered as she smiled at me. She wrote down a list of pictures and pointed towards all three bookshelves.

I smiled in return, turning and looking through the bookshelves. Each one was good, but there was a biography on it on the top shelf. That really stole all my irritation for the day, as I tiptoed, slightly grasping the bottom of the book. I sighed and tried again. Suddenly, I felt a presence behind me, immediately turning around, gasping as I came face to face with a chest. He reached up and got it for me, giving it to me.

I smiled and thanked the person, without looking up. When I looked up, a scowl overtook my features as I pushed him away. "What's with you? I just helped you," Jungkook said, pulling his hands back in surrender. I rolled my eyes as he looked towards the book in my hand. "You're doing the Pearl Harbor for your History project too?" He asked as I nodded. He grinned and scratched his head. I didn't realize I was staring at him until I saw him looking back at me. "What? Like what you see?" He smirked,  putting his hands on the bookshelf besides my head.

I quickly pushed him away. "Why are you in here?" I asked, referring to the library. Surely a cool ass guy would have somewhere better to be. "I'm doing the project too," He said, yawning. "Are you getting books too for it?" I asked. "This ones good," I said, trying to be nicer. It would be a change. I handed him the book, offering it.

He rolled his eyes, chuckling. "You're seriously asking me," He said turning  to stare in my eyes. "To read a book?" He said, incredulously. I glared at him and turned. "Suit yourself," I muttered walking past him.

I turned the corner and sat down at a round table. I looked up and saw JungKook pulling a chair out. I scoffed quietly, looking back to my books. "I need help," He said quietly, looking towards and sitting down next to me.

"I'll help you, but you have to come to the cafeteria and help now," I said. "Deal," He said, nodding rapidly. "Let's go Pereul Harbeureu!" He yelled. "It's Pearl Harbor," I said chuckling.

"Whatever."

I sat across the room looking at him. Yes, him. It's not JungKook, it's Joshua. He was biting his lip lightly, looking up at the board, copying notes. I sighed dreamily, smiling like an idiot. I large hand snapped it's fingers in front of my face, causing me to snap out of my daydream. JungKook watched me intensely. "You like Joshua?" He asked, furrowing his eyebrows.

"Who said?" I said, stuttering slightly. "I did, and you can't like him," He said, taking a deep growl under his breath. I was shocked, as I turn around again seeing Joshua waving at me from the other side of the room. I waved slightly, whimpering when JungKook flicked my head.

Class was over, and as I gathered all my stuff, JungKook pulled me out of the classroom. "Look here," He said, putting his hands on both sides of my head on the wall. I drowned out his angry voice, staring in his eyes as I slid down the wall, him doing the same, his hands still beside my head.

"He's a weird guy. You should like someone like me," JungKook said proudly. I scoffed and pushed him away as he fell on his ass, getting up immediately and dusting off his pants. "You'll regret that!" He yelled loudly. "I regret helping you on that project," I grumbled, walking away and propping my bag up on my shoulder.

I should have known. The first key to staying here at school was obvious; 1) Steer clear of JungKook.
