This is all I got to say for bystanders that are able to do something but don't and just look at you at the end like they don't know you or didn't say anything like are you ok this is what I say to those kind of people......

No just kidding that's for bullies for bystanders I say I don't like you and you should always help someone out and it don't matter who especially if they start to cry without anyone noticing but you notice or if you don't still you have to ask " Are You Alright?"
