Chapter 6 - A surprise visit

(This is like Levi's side of the story in chapter 5, in case you get confused.)

Levi's POV

Eren was going to arrive in about half an hour. One week alone with the one I love. I hadn't been this excited in a very long while. I used to be...different. But now I have Eren, it's changed my life forever.

I decided to do some cleaning while I waited. It was enjoyable for me and would make time pass. Just as I was getting my favourite cleaning spray, the doorbell rang. He must be early. I put everything down and ran to the door, flinging it open...

I blinked. It wasn't Eren.
"Jean?!" I said in shock. I hadn't seen him for about 2 years. He smiled and stepped in.
"I'm not interrupting anything am I?" he smirked. I stepped aside as he closed the door behind him.
"A-Actually-" I was cut off when he grabbed me and kissed me deeply, pushing me back against the wall. I tried to push him away but he was too strong. Eventually I managed to shove him off of me.
"What the fuck do you think you're doing?!" I yelled at him.
"Mmh...I haven't had a taste of those lips for so long...are you not happy to see me, Levi?" he smiled again. I looked him up and down, horrified.
"Of course I'm not! The last time I saw you was when I..." I broke off, embarrassed. Jean placed his hand on my shoulder.
"Well...that's in the past. I'm willing to try again...although I do want an apology." he said. I knew exactly what he meant and turned away.
"Jean...I really am sorry. But I'm different now. I'm not like I was before..." I looked up. "I've changed."
"How so?" he asked.
"I have a boyfriend." I said slowly. He looked shocked but amused.
"Ah, so the great Ackerman finally knows how to love? Two years ago, 'love' to you was just good sex." he laughed. I blushed furiously, not wanting to discuss this with Jean of all people.
"I know. But, as you said, that's in the past." I walked over to my kitchen. Jean followed me there.
"I knew how to love way before you, Levi." he said suddenly. Not knowing what he meant, I turned around.
"What do you mean?" I asked. He sat down at my kitchen table with a smirk practically glued to his face.
"I've always loved you. You never seemed into me personally so I just gave you what you wanted. That led me to heartbreak. I still remember walking in to see you with..."
"I understand..." I said. Jean looked up at me.
"I loved you. Always. And you threw my feelings away. And now you've found this 'Eren'..."
"How do you know about Eren?"
"The whole neighbourhood knows about him...anyway, I don't understand how this kid changed you so much.
"Jean...I love him. I have never loved anyone before."
"I loved you...'
I took his hand.
"I'm sorry..." I said. And I really was. What I didn't expect is what Jean did next. He grabbed my collar, pulling me down and kissed me again. This time I didn't push him away. I kissed him back slowly. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING, ACKERMAN?!" I thought. He wrapped his arms around my neck, sliding his tounge inside my mouth. I remembered what it was like to have sex with Jean...I knew it wasn't right and I knew I didn't love him. But I kissed back, pressing my tounge against his...
Suddenly, the door slammed.
"I'm here now!" came Eren's voice. I quickly pulled away from Jean and Eren walked in. He looked shocked to see Jean sitting there so smugly. I couldn't let Jean get to me...
"Eren! I didn't hear you come in." I kissed Eren softly. I could see the confusion on his face but he still kissed me back. Jean was watching closely the whole time...
