Rascal

Chapter 6

Rascal found the little room that he was staying in, it was paradise to him. Kibble in 4 bowls and water in the other, treats, and even a slide with a tunnel under it! Rascal was so happy. The only bad thing is he has so friends AGAIN except for Flufe, Rosie, and her family. He needs Janie here! Rascal started to bark because going up the slide there was a hole going into Rosie's room, he spotted the small doggy door, climbed up the slope and went the the doggie door and found his master, Rosie reading a book. Arf! I said, wanting her to play with me. She replied in an aggravated / stressed tone. "I can't play with you right now, Rascal, I have homework." -Rosie

"Go back through your doggy door please, buddy. I'll call you when I'm done." -Rosie

Rascal sighed in sadness and ran back up the slope, through the doggy door and down the slide. He spotted something interesting! There was a paw-pad! He's always wanted one of those. He put his left paw on it and it opened a door to the kitchen and bathroom. Rascal pounced happily through the house hoping he would find someone to play with. Uh-oh.. Rascal thought to himself. A CAT! The cat me-owed and hissed with fear and anger. "What are you doing in my living room? Your a flea bag!" -The Cat (Waffles)

"I'm- I'm - I'm sorry, Ma'am I was just uh.. Looking around the house that's all! Would you like to be friends?" -R

"Sure, Dog. But right now I'm heat bathing so go beg for bacon like you flea bags always do." -Waffles

"Okay?.." -R

*2 hours later* ......

Rascal felt that he should go check on his master, Rosie. He went through the kitchen and back to his paradise. He went up the slope and through the doggy door where he found Rosie sleeping. "WOOF" Rosie jumped up in a panic. "Rascal! Don't you dare scare me like that ever again boy, I was sleeping!" -Rosie

Rascal whined and jumped on the bed to lick Rosie's face and say he was sorry.

"It's okay, Rascal. I will play with you tomorrow." -Rosie "Goodnight Mom!" Yelled Rosie.

Rascal went back to his room and found a big jumbo - sized dog bed and laid there with Flufe. Goodnight, best friend.
