I closed the chat and walked outside. I grabbed the key James gave me once, in case I needed to go inside his apartment.

I never used it to go inside his apartment, I only used it if he needed to go inside. I still think that's the main reason he gave it to me. In case he forgot his key.

"James, you seriously need to stop forgetting your key. I'm not responsible for your dumb actions," I said.

"I'm sorry for being dumb. I was born like that. You can be dumb, too." He smiled at me like he discovered the last dinosaur on earth.

"I'm serious. Go to sleep or something like that."

"I don't want to. I want to make green lemonade and bring it to the homeless children."

"Very sweet. I'm wondering how you got a job," I mumbled.

"Bye Sarah, I love you my best friend!" And he closed the door without even looking at me once again.

"You're welcome," I said before getting into my own apartment.
