Chris's pov

Carefully snipping the edge of the photo I hummed along to Rob Zombie. Her hair was so long and beautiful, and her pale complexity. Her heart must be perfect.

Smirking I pinned the photo next to the rest of them. The night that I almost killed her I knew instantly that she had such a pure heart. And now that I learn more and more about her, I want her heart more and more.

It'd become my most proud possession. I mean next to my heart but it's been such a long time since I've had another good heart to display. The others I sell to other demons or satan summoners.
(😂 I suck at being dark and evil)

My thoughts vanished as I heard a knock from upstairs. Smirking I quickly slammed my scissors down on my desk. I believe I know who this is at my door. It's 3 in the afternoon and I didn't exactly have plans for the evening.

Willow's pov

I quickly shut the door before Alec could run out. I carried the metal container of cookies to Mr.Cerulli's house. He told me to call him Chris but I barely know him and I want to be polite.

He's been here for a week and I've just avoided him. I mean yeah he is kinda creepy but my be its time for this neighborhood to get interesting. I mean the most interesting thing to happen was that girl being murdered on my porch.

I walked up the steps to his door. Shakily I knocked on his front door. I stepped back a little waiting for him to open the door. My grip on the cookie tin grew tighter. I hope he likes cookies, they're chocolate chip ones.

The door swung opened scaring me a little. I looked up from the tin at Chris who was smirking at me. My hands started to tremble a little more.

"Hello Willow, I didn't expect to see you this evening." Chris said, his voice still full the same seductiveness as when I met him.

"Well I felt bad I didn't politely welcome you to the neighborhood Mr.Cerulli." I explained. "So I brought you some cookies."

"Please call me Chris, Mr.Cerulli doesn't sound right. But thank you for the cookies." He took the cookie fun out of my hands.

"Would you like to come in? I'm making tea."

"I would love to."

"Good. Well come right on in." Chris said, he stepped aside as I stepped into his dark home.

By dark I mean like there was like zero lights on. They were dimmed and it was kinda hard to see but it was fine. This just makes him a little more odd to me. I followed him into the living area where we sat on a black leather couch.

"So where did you move from?" I asked.

"Pennsylvania. I lived their for a long time and I decided to change and move here." Chris smiled.

"Oh cool."

"Willow. Why are you shaking?" Chris asked.

"Oh...I'm just kinda cold." I lied.

Chris leaned in a little, his eyes looked deeply into mine. As if he searched for my fear. He knows I'm lying.

"Oh well if you want I could get you a jacket?"

"I'll be fine." I say. I could hear a sudden high pitched screaming from his tea kettle.

"Well I better go get the tea." He patted my knee then stood up.

I looked around the room, it was pretty empty. He had a TV, a bookshelf and a coffee table. I looked down at my feet. This couch is so comfy, I thought it would be uncomfortable because it's leather.

"Are you falling asleep on me?" Chris asked.

I looked over a Chris who had two white mugs in his hands. He walked over and set the cups on the table in front of me. He plopped back down onto the couch.

"So how long have you lived in your house?" Chris asked.

"5 years, I moved in after college." I said then lifted the mug up to my lips.

The warm liquid poured into my mouth. It has kinda a silvery taste to it, but it was good tea. I set it down on the table.

"What did you go to college for?" Chris asked.

"Oh well I studied to become a cosmetologist but I work at a hair salon."

"Ah, that's pretty cool." Chris said.

"Yup."

"Well I have work to do so if you would kindly show yourself out." Chris said setting the mug on the table.

"Oh okay." I stood to my feet and started to walk out.

"It was of course nice seeing you Willow. You should come over more often." Chris said making me stop.

"Okay."
