As the Hogwarts Express came to a stop all the first year students were greeted by Hagrid!
"Follow me to the castle everyone!" Hagrid told them. As the students entered the castle Professor Mcgonagall was there to greet them.
"Welcome to Hogwarts everyone!" She said with a smile.
"Come into the Great Hall for dinner and then you will be sorted into your dormitory." Professor Mcgonagall told them.
Tom still didn't know if he wanted to be a Slytherin like his dad or a Gryffindor like his mom.
"Professor." Tom spoke up
"Yes Thomas" Mcgonagall answered.
"Will I be a Slytherin or a Gryffindor?" He asked.
"We will have to wait and see." She winked. As the students entered the Great Hall Professor Mcgonagall told them to sit at the tables while they waited for dinner.
After dinner was over it was time for the students to be sorted into dormitories!
"Thomas Malfoy!" Professor Mcgonagall called out! Thomas stood up and walked to the front were all of the teachers were seated.
"Thomas Malfoy." She said as she looked at him.
"The sorting hat as chosen you to be a.... Slytherin and a Gryffindor!
