Chapter 23

*Jessica's POV*

I heard the front door open but I didn't want to stop.

"JESSICA! AUSTIN!" I heard Alex say. I stopped kissing Austin and looked. Alex just smirked at me and winked. Sarah was smiling and Jordyn was staring blankly. I looked at Austin. I laughed. I got up and walked out of the house.

"JESSICA!" I heard Sarah and Alex scream. I turned my head. They were motioning for the car. I guess we were heading home.

When we got to Alex's house, we sat in his room. I was hoping they wouldn't say anything.

"WHAT WAS THAT?" Sarah said. I laughed.

"We kissed. Something that people who are dating do." I said. Oops. Weren't supposed to say that.

"SINCE WHEN?" Alex screamed. He was smiling. But then again he wasn't being serious.

"Today. About 15 minutes after you left." I said. Alex is like an older brother to me. He is protective of me.

"Do I have to have the talk with him?" Alex said. I knew what he meant.

"NO! Sarah and I said at the same time. We all laughed. Tomorrow we have class. UGH! I don't want to go!

*next morning*

I decided I was going to wake up Alex a certain way today. I had Sarah stay over last night so she could help.

Right now we were carrying him on his mattress to his pool. We set it down gently.

We turned the alarm on. He woke up and fell into the pool.  Sarah and I were up in his room now. We acted like we were sleeping.

"ALRIGHT! WHO DID THAT?" he asked. It took all my strength NOT to laugh. I succeeded.

He saw we were sleeping, and went to get dried off and get dressed. The next step is to shut the door before he gets in. When he opens the door, a bucket of Skittles are going to fall on him. I shut the door and heard him coming.

I was standing next to the window with a video camera. "Didn't I leave the door open?" he said to himself.

I hit start and he opened the door. The Skittles fell on him. He was smiling.

"Alright. Now. Im gonna get you." See I opened the window ad I was already dressed with my bag and everything. I climbed out the window, climbed down the tree and started running. If he gets to school before me, which he wont because Sarah has to get ready, he will do something.

I have to stay away from him. I know he will get me back. I just don't want him to. But ill take it,
