This could not be right, I could not be sitting next to the guy that we met yesterday.
"Sir may I sit somewhere else please." I politely asked with a hopeful smile.
"Sorry Miss Cooper that is the only seat available I'm afraid." The teacher shrugs forming his lips into a straight line
I mentally groan before taking a seat besides him.
"Hi." He smiles shifting his bum around his seat.
"Hey." I shot a tiny smile back before opening up my books.
"What a coincidence." He randomly says.
"I know." I breathe out.
"This is awkward." He awkwardly smiles showing his pearl white teeth.
"Yep." I nod popping the 'p'.
He chuckles deeply onto the air but still the atmosphere around us doesn't feel so comfortable.
"Turn to page 78 and answer all the questions you know." The teacher dully commands before slumping back into his seat.
A few minuets later of doing my work in silence I get interrupted by Jack.
"Hey Rose what is the answer to the third question."
"Read the text provided and answer the question." I whisper.
After that he never bothered to interrupt and thankfully did his work. It felt weird sitting next to him on the first day of your college and first lesson of college. I'm scared the other trampy boys will be here too. Our last year of college ain't going to end well.
