You loved Stiles. That you knew. You never questioned the truth that was so deeply rooted in the pits of your stomach, not even for a second. But you always questioned whether or not you should tell him. There was no way he could feel the same, if anything he saw you as a younger sister - seeing as you were Scott's younger sister. You two grew up together, Stiles playfully teasing you along with Scott, sleepovers in the front room that Scott allowed you to join, because even though your mom told him he didn't have to, he treated you like you were his friend more than annoying younger sister.

Even after Scott went into high school and you started to gain your own friends, you never drifted apart from Scott or Stiles. Maybe it was your crush on him that kept you two close, or maybe it was just because you grew up together. Either way, that's why you were here now.

Stiles had invited you over to study with him. You were smart, but when it came to math... You would rather never see Stiles again than spend the rest of your life doing math. And although he wasn't much better than you at it, he was a year ahead of you and therefore knew more than you did. At this point, any help would be helpful.

You had decided that today would be the day that you told him. It was Stiles' last year and after this, he was going to go to college . That was if you both survived till that long. But if you did, you wanted him to know. Because if there was even a slight chance that he felt the same way, you wanted to take the chance before he went off to college and met pretty older girls who you stood no chance against. And to make sure that you told him tonight, you told Mr. Stilinski of your goal for tonight; knowing that he would make sure you went through with the plan.

You opened the door to the house and heard Mr. Stilinski say a hello to you. You saw him sitting on the couch as you made your way to the steps. As you got closer, he turned his neck to look at you before speaking.

"You're still going to do it tonight, right?" he asked and you nodded.

"That's the plan." You forced a smile as nerves took over your body from just thinking about what you had planned to do.

He gave your arm a small squeeze and nodded, "you'll do great, Y/N."

"I hope so."

"And whatever happens, know that you'll always be welcome here."

What he told you meant a lot, you could only hope that things would work out enough that you'd feel comfortable coming back. You just hoped that you wouldn't ruin your strongest relationship by doing this.

You knocked gently on Stiles' door and he opened it quickly. Motioning you over to his bed where he had books and notebooks spread out at the end of it.

"Welcome to a fate worse than death," he smiled and took a seat onto his bed. You dropped your backpack at this foot of his bed and dropped next to him.

"Stiles, I'm already super studied out just by looking at this," you groan which just brings a small smile to his face.

"Remind me again who was freaking out last night about failing Junior year because they didn't think are going to pass Math?"

You shamelessly looked down at the bed while pointing at yourself.

"Exaaaactly."

"Fine," you sat up straight and grabbed a pencil from on top of a pillow, "then lets do this."

"Wait, she's not here yet."

You looked to Stiles confused. She?

"Who?"

Before he could answer, the door opened and Malia stood in the door frame with her backpack strapped over one of her shoulders. You could see Mr Stilinski in the background as he mouthed 'I'm sorry'.
