Aah...I miss Jacka** SO damn much.
Who would have thought that I would admit to this. But then again, he had been a huge 'dead' moral support when I seriously needed some.
Also, I had pretty much quit on the idea of being 'popular'. These days I would keep to myself and eat in the library and during any free time between classes and play 'Temple Run'. I am also not much of a reader you see, if 'Seventeen' and 'Teen Vogue' doesn't count, that is. Otherwise I would have actually read. Also I am not a nerd. Otherwise I would have studied. Also Aaron did not tell his stupid posse about whatever happened between us. Thank god for small mercies.
Actually I was getting pretty good at the game. 6 Million was my highest score till now.
"Miss Stinson, what is it that is 'distracting' you?" asked the American History teacher looking my way.
'Umm...nothing" I slid my cell into my bag and the topic resolved right there.
You see...nobody really gives a damn to me. I have got that constant 'wannabe' tag. They don't realize that all I want to do is fit in. And honestly I have never fit it! The only friends I've had have been Lucy, my former Poodle, and now Peg the American Spitz. I've also had Dixie, my goldfish who died because Lucy knocked over her bowl and we discovered this only too late. Poor Dixie.

The school ended like any other day and I got into my car. I had gotten my driving licence just day before yesterday. At least one good thing happened in my WAY too lousy life. Plus it was a BMW...yes, I'm filthy rich.
But I have realized that any amount of money cannot buy happiness.
I just need friends.
At this moment even one 'true' friend would do.
"Jack...please come back" I whispered to myself.
"You called, sweetheart?"
