Amelia's POV:

I pulled away immediately, feeling guilty. "Um that didn't happen. I did not just do that. Don't say anything to anyone" I blabbered. He chuckled. "Don't worry my lips are sealed. Anyways you can go home tomorrow" He said changing the topic. "Thank god!! I hate it here. It reminds me of..." I trailed off. A comfortable silence wrapped around us and I lay there on the bed with Justin next to me. "Justin can I ask you a question?" I asked breaking the silence. "Sure" Came the reply.

"Are you still with Selena?" I frankly don't know why I asked that question.

Silence. It wasn't like I was expecting him to answer

"No"

"No, as in broke up with her?" I asked, surprised. I totally wasn't expecting that.

"Yeah. I broke up with her. It wasn't just working out and well it needed to end" He said. "So you're currently single?" I asked, surprised. He nodded. "Okay that's all. I think I'm gonna sleep for sometime. See you later?" I asked. "Definitely. I'll be back in the evening. Scooter must be worried about me. They told me I can go now so....see you later Mel. Take care" He said kissing me forehead and walked out.

I woke up to the sun shining brightly on my face. It was morning already? My mom was sleeping on the ridiculously small chair next to me. I immediately felt bad for screaming at her the other day. She was just trying to protect her daughter. I found the IV needle not in my hand and breathed a sigh of relief. I never liked needles anyways. "Mom?" I whispered. She stirred and woke up. "Oh honey you're awake? Thank God!! Are you okay? I'm so sorry for not telling you anything. It's all my fault. All this happened because of me" Tears began falling from her eyes as she spoke. I pulled her into a hug. "No mom it was not your fault. You were just trying to protect me. Whatever happened happened. Let's just move on okay?" I cooed. She nodded.

"I'm really hungry" I said as my stomach growled the exact minute.

"I'll get you something to eat and read" She laughed and went out. After a few minutes she returned with a sandwich and a few magazines. "Just to keep you occupied till we can go home" She said as she handed them over to me. I pulled one magazine and the picture which greeted me was heart-breaking. It was Justin Bieber with Selena Gomez holding hands and walking to someplace. I flipped open the magazine and read on

The teen superstar was seen with his on- off girlfriend Selena Gomez yesterday in California. The two were seen holding hands and getting all cozy. One day earlier Justin was spotted being carried in a ambulance with Amelia Barnes, the female-lead of his new Boyfriend video. Both were rushed to the hospital but Justin was let out yesterday. News about the leading star is yet to come but Bieber confidently stepped out to "grab dinner with his lady" yesterday confirming he is still with Selena Gomez.

Hot tears of anger sprang up in my eyes. He had told me he broke up with her and he's going out with her? "Mom I wanna go right now" I said putting the magazine down. "But darling the doctors want you to leave only later" She said. "I don't care!! I want to go now!! Get me out of here!! NOW!!" I screamed the last part. "I'll go and see what I can do" She said and went out. And then the water works started. I really have to admit I've never cried so much in my life. By the time I had finished my eyes were tired and practically dead. My mom sat next to me and rubbed my back soothingly without asking any questions. "We can go home baby. The doctors said it was okay for you to go if you promised to take loads of rest for two days" She said.
