Prologue

Author's note : Hey there ! How are you ? How does one begin an author's note ? Damn. Anyway, I just wanted to say that it's the second text ? fiction ? wibbly-wobbly writey winey thing ? that I posted here on wattpad and I am very aware that my writing is... really not perfect. Quite the opposite to be honest. So, if you have constructive criticism, I would be very glad to know what needs to be improved and everything. (Woah, you even suck at writing an autho's note dude !) Also, the title, summary, end, beginning, middle, entirety of the fiction may suck. Sorry about that. And also, English isn't my first language, so I apologize for any mistake, if you find some, feel free to point them out so I can correct them. (Was this sentence even grammatically correct ? Damn...) Oh well, enjoy (I hope) !

PS : I checked the Prologue and saw all the space defaults so I corrected those so that reading this would be less of a pain in the (- hey ! let's try to keep it G-rated shall we ? Or, maybe more like PG-13 because I don't trust the author with language) Anywho, I hope that reading this will be easier and maybe a bit more enjoyable now ! (or at least as enjoyable as reading weird thing written at 2am could ever be)

 DISCLAIMER : this story (more like fanfiction if you ask me. Really, really bad-written fanfiction. Hello by the way, I'm the voice of reason of the author and I am going to be regularly here to try to correct the author whenever she does something stupid - so you'll see a lot of me folks) is based on the book "Coraline" written by Neil Gaiman, so the characters of the Other Mother, Coraline herself and every other character of this book are not the author's, they belong to Neil Gaiman and the "Gentlemen" come from the TV show "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", they appear in the episode "Hush" and thus belong to Joss Whedon. Moreover, the character of the Knave of Heart is basically the one from Tim Burton's "Alice in Wonderland", Odile (the Black Swan) and Odette (the White Swan) are from the ballet "The Swan Lake" (so, not based on the movie "Black Swan") by Tchaikovsky, the Snow Queen is based on the character of Andersen's "The Snow Queen", Rumpelstiltskin is based on the fairytale character not the "Once Upon A Time" version and belongs to the Grimm Brothers, the Baron Samedi is "one of the Loa of Haitian voodoo" (thanks Wikipedia) and thus doesn't belong to the author either, and finally, the children allied with Coraline and Wybie are called the "Mystery Kids". The "Mystery Kids" (or also the "Spook Crew") is NOT an original idea of the author's, but rather an idea formed by fans of "Coraline", "Gravity Falls", "Paranorman" and "Psychonauts". There are two Youtube channels ; one called "Wirt M" presenting a first episode with an intro, and a second named "MK Project" presenting a trailer and some original music.
