Ava got similar responses at other peoples house. At the end, after 5 neighbourhoods. Ava managed to sell 5 bottles of bug spray. Going home, Ava saw her parents waiting outside the doorsteps.
"Where were you?" They both cried. "Where is our money?"
Ava suddenly became so sad, she confessed everything to her parents
" I just wanted to help mom." She sniffled.
"Well killing the Beetles won't help anything. They are part of the food chain and without them, animals would die." her dad said.
"Really?" Ava asked
"Yes, it is true" her mom said
" Im sorry." Ava said
" Next time, don't take our money without asking and remember to ask before you do something." her parents said.
" Okay.. But, how am I going to pay you guys back?" Ava asked.
" That is for you to figure out yourself." her mom said.
