I'm Shaiyann and I live in a small apartment in Lauderdale with my mother and my little sister. We have a bonding connection to each other even though life is hard for us, no car, and no father, we don't ever let that get in in between us but actually we do have a father but he doesn't live with us because he got my mother pregnant and had another wife and when my and my little sister was born he had to leave us because he had three other children with her and she doesn't like my mother or us so on my father's free time he comes and pick us up and carry us out but I didn't really care because I missed him.
Today my mother went to the doctor and found out that she got skin cancer and started to cry and asked God how is she going to take care of her two children with this sickness that she has she prayed evary night that this sickness would leave her alone and went to church evary Sunday to get a blessing from God, life got harder after this.
Today the owner of the apartment told us that we have to move out so my mother's friend Darnell took us in and me and little sister got a room with her two sons although I didn't feel comfortable in a room with just two boys and I was the oldest I didn't say anything
