It doesn't matter what type of clothes you wear or the kind of music you listen to. What matters is who you are on the inside. People care too much about what they do in front of others. I bet that at home people sit there wearing a trashy shirt and don't even care about their hair. They do it because it is comfy. Why can't we relax and be comfy at school? I believe that we should take a stand and not let others tell us what to wear and what is cool. Well, I am for sure that people spend more money on clothes and shoes than on food. They want to look perfect for school so people don't judge them. What if we try being original and doing what we wanna do? Is that too much to ask?

Once there was a girl, and she just wanted to be herself. People kept telling her to wear certain things. Not this but that and only these shoes. Yeah, she got tired of that real quick. Her name was Trinity. She wanted to change how people think and how people treat each other. Make a difference in this world and protect people who are made fun of.

The day was October 19, 2016, the sun was bright and the birds were chirping. She was ready for a new day. Trinity got out of bed and did her morning chores. She ate breakfast, got dressed, and headed out of the door. The bus arrived and when she got on everyone started laughing. She didn't care. All she did was sit down and think about herself and how many other people go through that. Once it went through her head for a while they arrived at school and she got to work. She planned to change people.

The next day she got to school and they were told that they would have an assembly in the gym. Also, that student speakers were allowed. (people can go up and talk on stage) So she waited until her time came. She walked up there with pride. The footsteps caught people's attention. Her announcing voice was as if she was full of confidence and ability.

Loud and proud she said, "I have a dream."

"To change us, and the way we are."

"Yes, it is a risk."

"Well, I have a dream."

"No, I will not back down from what I believe can happen."

"I have one question for all of you."

"Why does it matter what you wear?"

"Why do you care what music people listen to?"

"I have a dream, that this world can be more open to individuality."

"We can make a difference."

"Join me in this journey, and to make the school a better place."

"I have a dream."

"Will you join me to make it come true?"

The question still stayed unanswered, but people are more human. They will never forget the way Trinity changed their lives and what she did for people at school. Her speech runs through their heads constantly as they remembering how a legend was made that day. I guess having a voice does pay off after all. Let's all make a difference in our school and make it a better place to learn.
