"Lay down on the floor, facing the ceiling." Jack said, and JJ did as he was told and lied down on the carpet. Jack got into the push-up position over JJ and did one push-up, kissing JJ when he went down. "One." Jack smirked.
JJ rolled his eyes and giggled. "Seriously, Jack?"
"You wanted me to exercise, so this is how we should do it."
"Ugh whatever. Continue. Do 20 and then I'll do 20. After that we have to do abs for 5 minutes."
"That's fine with me." Jack smirked.
"Why are you smirking?" JJ asked.
"No reason." Jack did another push-up and kissed JJ. "Two." He did 18 more, kissing JJ each time he went down. "Your turn." Jack laid on the ground as JJ got into the push-up position over him.
He went down and kissed him. "One." He did the rest of them, also kissing Jack each time. "Now time for abs."
"Can we do it my way? I have an idea." Jack smirked.
"Stop smirking so much, it's scaring me." JJ giggled. "What's your idea?"
"You know laughing is a good ab workout, right?"
"Yeah..."
"Good, I'm glad you agree." Jack started tickling JJ's sides.
"Jack! Stop!" JJ giggled.
"No. You said 5 minutes of abs." Jack smiled as JJ squirmed and giggled. 5 minutes passed and Jack stopped.
"You're doing the rest of the exercises on your own now. And I'm not going to kiss you during them." JJ giggled, still a bit out of breath.
"It was worth it because I got to hear your beautiful laugh." Jack kissed him softly.
JJ blushed. "Well I'm going to sit here on the couch while you do your ab work-out."
"Will you kiss me afterwards?"
"If you do your exercises now."
"I will I will! Can you set a timer?'
"Sure." JJ pulled out the timer on his phone and started it. "Go." He watched as Jack did sit-ups, runners, and flutter-kicks. The timer went off 5 minutes later."Ok, times up."
