***Max's P.O.V***
"RINGGG RINGGG RINGGG" My annoying as hell alarm clock screams as if it was getting brutally murdered.
On school day I always have the same made up schedule that keeps me on time and looking better than ever:
-Wake up at 7:30
-Have a shower
-Get dressed
-Eat break- "Maxie!" I hear my seven year old sister Mia yell from the living room. "Yes, Mi?" I yell back using her nickname that my whole family has used since she was a baby.
"You guys, how many times have I told you to use your feet and walk to each other instead of yelling so the whole house can hear you?!?" My mom complains from the kitchen.
I meet my sister in the kitchen to apologize to my mother for yelling throughout the house. A scent hits me like a brick wall; after thinking about the scent for a while I realize its french toast and crisp bacon!
Remind me to thank my lovely mother for this wonderful breakfast.
I mentally roll my eyes for the way I used my words like a 'gentleman'. Dont get me wrong I'm not one of those assholes that don't appreciate anything or are rude to everyone. I also not a 'Goody-Good' that don't go out partying or don't have fun with the guys. I'm just... Average I guess.
After eating my breakfast, a delicious breakfast might add, and doing my now dry hair into a messy fohawk, brushing my teeth, I was now ready to go to my white 2012 Ford Focus and pick up my best friend Jake.
"Hey man!" My buddy who was now in the front seat on my car grinned. After we did a little hand shake I took off. Pulling into to school parking lot I already see girls getting ready to say hi to us. Me and Jake are used to that but who wouldn't be after 2 years.
"MAXIE!" My ex-girlfriend squeals my name from behind me.
Oh god. I could recognize that voice from anywhere.
"Monica, we broke up remember!" I calmly tell her turning around. I know if I started yelling water works will come pouring out. "We have nothing anymore! Zip, zilch, Nada NOTHING!" I continued loudening my voice by a tad.
"But!" Monica tried to add but I gave her a look and he knew she should stop.
"Come on Jake, we have to go to-" I started to point out but got caught off when I saw her, "Jessica.." With just that Jake started laughing and asked who Jessica was. "She's.. HER!" I pointed to Jessica.
"Woah! Where'd you meet her?" He asked me. Snapping out of it I told him I met her at the hospital. After telling him I was going to show her around he made me go and see her.

Not being nervous around girls I walked up cautiously, "Hey Jess.." Aww shit, I mentally face palmed myself she probably thinks I'm an asshole who can't even remember her name.
"Umm hey Max, my name is Jessica remember..?" She said kind of disappointed. "Yeah I remembered but I just thought it was kinda long... I thought maybe I could call you that instead, but if you don't-" I blabbered on but got caught off by her soft finger to my lip.
"I kinda like it.." she said taking her finger of my lips.
That didn't take the butterflies away from my stomach

Btw, Idk if it posted on the side but its Jessica and the actor is Ashley Benson, Max is played by Sean O'Donnell, Jake is played by Callan McAuliffe, Mia is played by Ashley Gerasimovich, and finally Maonica played by the beautiful Lucy Hale.
