~Maya's Pov~

"What are you doing here with that skank?" Someone asked us. We both turned around and there stood Cameron and Mathew. "I would get away from her. You might catch some nasty disease." Mathew added to Cameron's comment. "I was just walking by her. I'm not with her." Jc said with disgust in his voice. I felt a pang in my chest and just looked up at him. I knew I was about to cry so I just ran off and tried to find a bathroom. I can't believe he said that. Why would he say that? I thought he actually cared and liked me, but I guess not. God, I'm so stupid to think he would actually like me. I washed my face and reapplied my makeup so I didn't look like I was crying  and walked out. I walked back to Jc,Cameron, and Mathew. I walked back up to Jc. "Can you give me my unicorn?" I asked him, Cameron and Mathew just started snickering. He gave it to me and I grabbed it out of his hands. "I need a ride back home." I told him. "Why do I care?" He snapped at me. I was taken back and just nodded my head. "You're right. Why should you care?" I said with anger in my voice. "Watch how you talk to him like that I-" I cut him off. "You'll what ? Give me a beating? You already do that!" Cameron came close to my face. He had to bend down since I was shorter than him,"Just watch your back." He spat in my face and they all walked away. I was genuinely hurt that Jc did that. I looked at him as they walked away. He turned and looked at me. I just rolled my eyes and hurt flashed through his eyes. I scoffed, he's hurt? I walked down the road and got to my house ten minutes later. I walked in and slammed the door Chloe and Hannah must have heard because they came running towards me. They started bombarding me with questions. "How was it? Was he nice? Where did you guys go?" I just rolled my eyes and walked up the stairs into my bedroom slamming the door. I locked the door and went into my bathroom and took off my makeup. I hopped in the shower and washed my hair and body and got out drying my hair and myself off. I put on my Mickey Mouse on pj's on (don't judge me) and brushed my hair. I heard a knock on the door. "What?" I said with annoyance in my voice. "I'm sorry I just wanted to check up on you." I heard Chloe say. I opened the door, "I'm sorry I've had a shitty night." She came closer to me and gave me a hug. "Awe, I'm sorry bae." She said rubbing my back. "Wanna talk about it?" She asked "Not really." I said tearing up. "I just wanna get some sleep right now." I told her. "Ok, Hannah and I are going to be downstairs. So if you need any comfort so don't hesitate to wake us up." She smiled and I smiled back at her. "Thanks." I told her and she smiled walking out. (whats is with all the smiling like really) I put my phone to charge and saw that Jc had texted me.
