Naomi's POV 1998(Past)
"Grandpa do you want to tell us a story" I ask
"yeah please Mr.Hollingberry" Louis asked as we sat on the floor by the fire we were at my grandparent's cabin in the middle of Grassington no one really lived here except older people around my grandparents age because it was in the middle of no where surrounded by forest and peoples houses were miles and miles apart
"okay okay I guess I can" and we cheer in excitement
"OK calm down what kind of story" he asked us and we both looked at each other and smile
"scary" we whisper and he nods
"OK i'm going to tell you what happened in these very woods in this very cabin back in the Winter of 69" he whispers scarily and I shake and whimper
"Louis" I whisper and he looks at me
"I'm here to protect you know ones going to touch my girl" he says with a big smile on his face missing his two front teeth I smile and nod
"OK there once was a couple who were staying in this cabin with some friends an-" his voice starts to fade
*Flashback*
"Eric babe hurry up" I yell he rolls his eyes
"I'm coming Christine" he says and I just laugh
"so this place is really haunted huh" Joe asked when we walked into the cabin
"yeah that's what it said when we looked it up" Melissa tells him
"I GOT THE BOARD" Andrew yells while a giggling Rhonda by his side
"CHRISTIE" Rhonda yells coming and hugging me she is my craziest best friend
"LETS EAT" Eric yells and we all head to the table
4 hours later
"Guys come on lets get this over with and done with" Melissa says
"yeah I want to see whats going to happen" Joe says looking at the board in front of us and the rest agree I space out
I shouldn't do this what if something happens and we all get hurt or go miss sing or just I don't know......OK this is really weird I'm talking to myself but then again it is called common sens-
"Christie are you OK" Eric asked me snapping me out of my daze
"oh yeah um guys I don't want to play i'll just watch" I say looking down playing with my fingers
"come on girl just this once it wont do any harm" Andrew says I shake my head
"please please please Just this tim-" I cut Rhonda off before she could finish
"I SAID NO" I snapped and they all looked taken back I just shake my head not knowing what came over me
"I-I'm going to my room" I whisper and walk to my room and close the door scared of my own self at the moment because I never snap on anyone
Melissa's POV
"I SAID NO" she snapped and we all are taken back she just shakes her head
"I-I'm going to my room" she whispers and walks to her room and closes the door with a slam
"um OK" Eric laughs weirdly and we all just look around until Joe breaks the silence
"well lets play" he says and we put our hands on the board
"is there anyone here" Joe calls out and the arrow moves our hands to Y-E-S and we all laugh
