Cayley's P.O.V.

"Mom, I'm back!" I yelled through the house. "Mom!?"
So many thoughts were going through my head. Maybe she's out to dinner with Blake. Maybe she's at the park. Where did she go? I couldn't stand the thought of my mom kissing Blake.
"Eww," I said out loud. "Mom kissing Blake is the most disgusting thing I've ever thought of. Just...gross."
Of course, there was no response. I threw my bag down and plopped on the couch. Then, I got on my iPhone and texted mom.

Relax, honey, I'm at Burger King getting us food. Be home in 5. And use your correct grammar.

That's right, my mom is a grammar freak.

I sighed and laughed. Hey, at least I got Burger King out of that.

The Next Day

I woke up to the sound of my awesome alarm, the song Hollaback Girl by Gwen Stefani.
"First day back at school!" My mom yelled from the bathroom, where she was already doing her hair.
I groaned, got out of bed, and changed my clothes. By that time, my mom was done with her hair, so I went into the bathroom and pulled out the straightener. After I was done with my hair, I brushed my teeth and made myself a protein shake. Then, I told my mom Lauren was picking me up, my best friend. She already has her license and drives us everywhere. I'm not old enough for a license, though. She nodded and I bolted out the door.
Lauren immediately said, "Starbucks?" And I nodded even though I would have to carry around two drinks. I shrugged it off and ordered a chocolate caramel frapp. Then, we headed off to school.

Fourth period
As I walked into class, I saw a guy sitting by himself. He had real pretty hair and glasses that kinda looked fake. Well, I wonder who he is? I thought.

So, how'd you like chapter 1? I know, I know, I left you on a cliff hanger. You're gonna have to deal with that and wait until the next chapter. 😂😂Btw sometimes I will update on a daily basis, other times I will update on a weekly basis. It depends on my schedule. So, here you go, friends! Here's chapter 1 for ya. I may update in the middle of the night tonight because I'm very excited about writing this. Anyway, hope ya liked it. 😉😉🙃
