After Stella and Flora got free from the ice, they told miss. F that Bloom had frozen them to the ground.
That was enough, Bloom had used up her last chance and had only two choices, quit, or get expelled forever
"I'm leaving and I won't come back!" Bloom shouted as she ran away from Alfea, with hurted feeling, "I can't believe it. 'Quit or get expelled forever.' How stupid." Bloom cried while walking away
