It's just a screen

Jessica's POV:

Oh crap. This is the part I was dreading. It's only been a short while but Robert and myself have already become great friends. But now that PAX was over...we had to leave. And nobody wants to leave their friends. Would you?

Most people had left just as soon as the Youtubers had, gone home, probably got food, and then sleep. Some, the patient ones I guess, stayed behind for a while. Me and Robert being two of em'. Eventually however...it was time to go. And it hurt quite a lot.

"Hey Jess." Robert started, noticing my saddened expression. "It's okay, we can't be too far from eachother, I'm sure we'll bump into eachother again."

"That's not entirely true. You see, I flew over here, from England."

"Oh. I thought you just had an accent."

"Hehe, yeah, Hull's accent is kinda weird but, it's still British. And I've still gotta go home." I said, tearing up.

Robert came over and wrapped me in a hug, tears forming in his own eyes.

"Hey, give me your twitter."

"What?"

"So we can keep in touch. It may not be in person. But remember, it's just a screen, and I'm right on the other side of it."

I sent him a tweet so that he could follow the link. Just then, my cab pulled up. I started towards the door and opened it, before stopping for a moment. I rushed back over to Robert and hugged him tightly.

"Don't forget about me, okay?"

"Ohana." He smiled.

I smiled back and got into the cab, waving to Robert for as long as I could before the cab turned the corner, and we dissappeared from eachothers sight...

RobertIDK's POV:

I'm gonna miss that kid. But I meant it. I'd keep in touch. She's my friend. Somehow, and in such a short time, but she is. I guess I better head home.

#Time skip, cuz I'm lazy#

I flopped down onto my bed and sighed tiredly. Today was a long and awesomely weird day. Just then my phone buzzed. I wanted to sleep, but something told me to check it.

So I did.

It was a tweet from Jess, or @RooftopRunaway. Cool name. It read.

A wise man once said, "It's only a screen, and I'm right on the other side of it." And I'll never forget that. =^.^=

I smiled. She remembered. I tweeted back before diving under my covers, cuddling up with Link and Pikachu, before contentedly falling asleep.

Guysssssss. I hate to do this but...the next chapter will be the last. I'm just warning u now because I know I get pissed off when a story ends abruptly. Anywho, hope you enjoyed it, I'll see y'all in the next and final chapter. Sys!! =^.^=
