Janet: Girl where are you going?

Me: To sit down

Janet: Why girl?

Before I could answer the question, I looked down and saw a pair of shoes. Then I seen a suitcase. I thought that I was dreaming. My eyes went up and you won't believe who I saw.

Still Yn P. O. V.

I saw Jermaine.

*plot twist lol*

He was suppose to still be on in Japan.Now this is strange. I know this is a get together, but I think it was a party to celebrate him coming back. I ran up and gave him a hug.

Me: I thought you were still in Japan.

Jermaine: I came to visit mom and some friends.

Janet: I missed you.

Jermaine: I missed you too girl.

I gave them space and sat at the kitchen table. I was really tired.

I went to get some more fruit punch. I looked at the time. It was almost 10. How could everyone still be partying. Maybe they were waiting on Jermaine. I decided to head home. I went to go tell Michael's mom goodbye. She was trying to get me to stay.

Me: Mrs. Jackson I need to go.

Katherine: Call me mom and Jermaine needed to tell everyone something. Right when she said that, The door opened.Michael was home. I was so excited. He smiled, but he was yelling my name. He sounded like Janet.

Michael: Yn! Yn! YN!

Then I woke up. I couldn't believe it. I was sleep. That's how much I missed Michael so much. I looked over and saw Janet laughing at me.

Janet: Girl you must be tired.

Me: I guess so.

Janet: Jermaine has an announcement.

We went in the living room and I went nearby the closet. I figured that I would sneak out and leave. I am just so tired. Jermaine was talking and this guy whispered in my ear. I didn't have the confidence to look back.

??: Hey beautiful.

Me: Can you please back away?

??: So you're playing hard to get.

Me: I have a man.

??: Is he here?

Me: No.

??: Now why would you lie like that. Your man is standing right behind you.

I had just about enough. This guy must not know who I am. When I turned around I saw Michael with some flowers. I hugged him really tight. I couldn't believe he was here.

Me: Michael pinch me.

Michael: Why?

Me: Please.

Michael pinched me. It was painful. Now I know that it is really him. This was not dream.

Michael: Now why did you want me to pinch you.

Me: It's a long story. When did you get back?

Michael: Earlier today. I'm here to stay.

Me: Yay!

Everybody was still partying and having a great time. Then Michael tried to get everyone's attention.

Michael: I have something important to say. During the time I spent in Iraq, I really learned to appreciate what I have. I want to tell everyone that you mean a lot to me. Yn could you come here for one second.

As I walked over, people began cheering. When it stopped, Janet was still going.

Janet: Go Yn! I love you!

We all laughed. Michael took my hands and he looked deep into my eyes.

Michael: I love you baby. You have made me a better man. We have known each other for a very long time. I told myself that I wouldn't do this until I was financially stable. I'm 30 years old and I'm not getting any younger. You have changed me for the good Yn and I hope you are in my future. What I'm trying to ask is......

He got down on one knee. This is it! The proposal we both had been waiting for.

Michael: Will you marry me?

Me: Yes.

Everyone cheered for us. We hugged each other and he kissed me. We continued to party. I'm glad I stayed. This is the best day of my life..... So far.
