heeeeey c: I recently discovered I've read every niam in history ever and I'm sad. But there are so many prompts that haven't even been written that I've wanted to read sooo bad omg
So
I decided why not write those unwritten prompts?
I've got like 738401012 ideas for fics and I'll be writing them all ok.
But right now I'm doing a niam (they'll always be niam) coffee shop au!
So, here you go, and enjoy! c:
(Oh yeah common grounds bc coffee pun HAHAHAH)
--------------------------------------"Oh I don't know, maybe get some coffee or something?" Louis rolled his eyes and placed his hands on his hips
"But we're like a block from my flat, I'm pretty sure I'm not going to collapse on the way there. I'm tired but I'm not that tired." I stated, crossing my arms over my chest and staring at the feather-haired boy beside me
"Liam you said you were tired, just come on there's a coffee shop around here somewhere" Louis began darting his eyes in different directions, searching for this said coffee shop until I stopped in my tracks, looking up and seeing a brightly lit sign above me
"The 'how you bean' shop?" Louis pointed a finger in no particular direction as realization spread across his face
"Ah, yes! That one! I swear it's over here somewhere mate"
"Yeah we're standing next to it, Lou."
He then looked over, peeking through the window and watching as the few customers sat at their designated tables and conversed inside
"Oh. Well come on, let's go inside" Louis ushered me inside and I felt the warm air and smell of coffee hit me as we walked over to the counter
"Hello! How you bean? Welcome!" the boy at the counter smiled and tapped his fingers against the wood
He was cute. Blonde hair, blue eyes. He was short and astonishingly made the blue apron and visor he wore, work.
He was small overall. Yes he was short, but he was also small in frame. He was small but it was cute.
The boy blushed and fiddled with his thumbs, shifting from one foot to the other and bouncing slightly as he looked away
"Mate, are you going to order?" Louis nudged my shoulder and pointed to the boy who was still blushing
I shook my head and spoke,"yeah, uh. I'll have the vanilla bean mocha? Medium?" I said, more of a question than an order
"I'll have the salted caramel, small, yeah?" Lou smiled as the little blonde fumbled with the register, punching in the orders of us two
"That'll be $8 flat." He smiled sweetly, pushing a stray blonde hair behind his ear, only for it to fall down once more
I handed the money over quickly and continued to stare at the boy, watching as he nearly dropped the money I gave him and fumbled with the register again, trying to get it open
He grabbed two different sized cups and a black marker, picking up the smaller one and looking at Louis expectantly
"Can I have your name so we could call you when your order is ready?" He spoke, in his beautiful Irish accent that you just couldn't miss. It was so thick and prominent
"Louis" the boy jotted down the name in his messy handwriting and picked up the other cup
"Can I have your name please?" He asked, and without thinking, I blurted out
