Flowey x Reader

Chapter 7

You look around the room frantically, hoping that Flowey is still there. "Flowey...Where's Flowey??" You ask Sans. "I don' t know, kid...He was just here..." Sans says, looking around. You try to stand up, but Sans pushes you back down. "No. You're staying here. If you move too much, you'll hurt yourself again." He says. "I don't care...I have to find Flowey..." You say, trying to stand up again. You start to get a terrible headache. It feels like your head is splitting apart. "Sit down." Sans says. "Listen kid. I know that you died and came back. It takes a while for you to completely heal..." He says, and looks at you weirdly. 

"Why didn't you reset?? They have all reset, but you...You're different...Why didn't you reset??" He asks, becoming serious. "I...I had to save Flowey...I couldn't leave him alone..." You say. "You love him, don't you??" He asks, his voice becoming gentler. "Yeah...I do..." You say, laughing a little. "Wow...I never thought I would say I'm in love with a flower..." You say. Your laughter turns to tears. "I-I came back to help him, because I wanted to be with him...And he just leaves.." You say, tears running down your cheeks. Sans comes and puts his arms around you. "(Y/n)...It's okay...We'll find him, we can go as soon as you feel better.." He says, trying to comfort you. "I'm just so stupid...I knew that he loved me, but I did nothing...I should've done something..I-I should've told him how I felt....Instead I just made him suffer.." You say, filled with self hate. "Hey, don't do that to yourself. It doesn't help. Come on, just go to sleep, and when you wake up, we'll find him, okay??" Sans says, helping you back on the couch. "O-Okay..." You say, and lay down on the couch. 'It feels cold without Flowey here...'  You think to yourself as you fall asleep.

You wake up, and it's dark outside. You look around for a clock, and it says 7:44. You roll off of the couch. Sans and Papyrus are already asleep, even though it is too early to be in bed. You go and grab your jacket, and walk out the door. 'Where could he be?? There's not anywhere that he would want to go.......Wait...I know where he is..'  You think to yourself, and start walking towards Waterfall.

You look around Waterfall, trying to find the echo flowers. "Flowey?? I know you're here...Please come out..." You say, looking around. "Flo-" You start to say, then hear the faint sound of crying in the distance. You walk to where you hear it. It starts raining lightly. You see Flowey in the middle of a group of echo flowers. It looks like he is talking to them. Flowey sees you walking over to him. "N-No, stay away...I-I don't want to hurt you..." He says. "N-No, stay away...I-I don't want to hurt you..."  You hear one echo flower repeat. "Flowey..." You say, walking over to him, and kneeling on the ground. "P-Please stay away!!! I don't want to h-hurt you..." He says, backing away. "No, please stay with me.." You say. "No, please stay with me..."  An echo flower repeats.

"B-But why would you want me to stay with you...I killed you...I watched you die..." Flowey says, tears running down his cheeks. "It's okay Flowey...I forgive you." You say, pulling him in for a hug. "I don't deserve this...Please, just leave me alone...I would rather not have you at all than hurt you again..." He says, pulling away from you. 

"Flowey, it's okay...This is a risk I'm willing to take..." You say, smiling at him. "N-No...I don't deserve this....Please, just leave me alone...I want to be alone." He says, looking away from you, at the echo flowers. "No you don't..." You say, sighing. "Flowey, I have something I really need to tell you..." You say. He looks at you expectantly. You lean over to the nearest echo flower, and whisper something into it. Flowey gives you a confused look, but leans over to hear what it says. Flowey looks at you, then turns completely red. 

"D-Do you really mean it??" He asks shyly. "Do you need me to say it out loud?" You ask, blushing a little. Flowey nods his head, giving you a mischievous grin. "O-Okay....Flowey, I (Y/n) (L/n), am in l-love with you..." You say trailing off. "And I, Asriel Dreemurr, or Flowey, am in love with you too..." He says, smiling proudly. "Come here, you." You say, pulling Flowey into a hug. He looks at you for a second, then leans towards your face. 'Oh my God, am I going to kiss a flower??'  You ask yourself. Your lips are about to touch, when it starts raining. You start bursting out laughing. "Wow...How romantic..." You say, laughing. You grab Flowey, and run into the nearest cave.

You sit down in the cave, Flowey in your lap. He looks nervous. "H-Hey, (Y/n)...Now that we...Umm...Like each other, I-I want to know....If you would like to go out with me??" He says, giving you an awkward smile. "Of course...I love you..." You say, wrapping your arms around him.
