Maddy's Pov
After the McDonald's incident we headed back to the car. Last night was honestly very terrifying.
Im just glad that I'm out of that house. It's for my own good.
Wesley hasn't spoken to me about what happened.
I don't know where I'm going to go after he gets tired of me.
I can't stay at his house forever.
Maybe he has a girlfriend..
Who knows. I need to ask him that.
"Where are we going?" I asked Wesley.
"Lets just go for a walk." He replied.
····10 minutes later····
We arrived at the park. It was pretty lonely.
I love nature, my dad & I always took walks at the park. The sound of birds and smell of trees amaze me.
"Hey are you okay?" Wesley asked.
"Yeah I'm fine I love the park."
····Wesleys P.O.V····
" So why did you run away? I asked.
I looked at her. She looked really nervous, as if she wanted to cry.
"I'm sorry nevermind."
"I was being abused, and I couldn't take it. I was tired of being treated like trash."She said and broke down crying
I reached out and hugged her tightly.
"Its okay everything is going to be alright. I'm here for you Maddy. Ill protect you."
And thats how the park went. I sat with her after trying to get her to stop crying. Then we talked about spongebob... Idk why.
After the park we went to my house.Waiting for the next day to stop by.
