Prologue

Kind but frightful.
Fragile but invincible.
Innocent but deadly.

She has the beauty that keeps us from seeing how horrifying she can be.
She will slaughter an entire clan and gain the title Monster at the age of eight.

She'll find herself being shunned by many people and that incident will haunt her. She will endure the pain and loneliness all by herself- feeling hopeless about her life.

But then, someone will breathe her back to life, will make her smile
and won't make her feel unwanted.
Will give her confidence and will tell her that she doesn't have to fit,
because she's born to stand out.
Soon she will realise that as long as she is with him, being accepted or not is not what matters.

Yes, she will be living in a world of supernaturals.
But she is way more frightening than others.
Way more frightening to the extent that monsters will call her monster.

Dahan-dahang tumingala ang isang marikit na nilalang pagkatapos niyang basahin ang mga misteryosong salita na naka-ukit sa isang malaking bato. Bumuntong hininga siya at kasabay nito ang kaniyang matamis na pag ngiti. Bakas sa mukha niya ang nostalhik na ekspresyon na tila ba may binabalikan siyang mga masasayang alaala.
