Finally I get to go home I had to stay two extra day because I had high blood pressure, but with some medicine is in control and I'm going home with my baby boy.

Jay: well everything is in the car so let's go

A nurse came with a wheelchair and Bella sit down and Jay carry Dylan's car seat and they walk out of the hospital
