His Bestfriend <3 (An Aaron Hotchner Fanfic)

Prologue

I'm in a room, filled with mirrors but my reflection isn't there. Instead I see a little girl who looked much like me when I was younger. I put my hand to the glass and she did the same. She was wearing the same thing I'm wearing now. My plain white shirt with black tailored pants and over my shirt is my FBI Bulletproof vest. She even had the handucffs, gun and everything! The mirror behind me showed my mother, father and brother at the gallows in Italy, the memory I try to forget. The accusion of treason against my whole family that I had left. The rest died in battle with the Italian war. Once I saw them drop, I screamed and shut my eyes tight, once I opened them I saw my bset friend Aaron Hotchner over me shaking me awake.

"Wha- How- How'd you get in?" I stuttered

."I kicked the door open." He said.

"Are you okay? You were screaming so much I heard you next door in my sleep." He asked, sitting next to me.

"I-I-I'm fine. I just-I." I couldn't speak. I was speechless of what I just saw in that horrifying thing people call a nightmare.

"You gonna cry aren't you?" He asked. I nodded and hugged him. I buried my face in his chest.

"I'm going to stay here. Just to make sure you're okay." Aaron said.

"No, you dont have to do that. You need sleep and I'm probably gonna scream alot in my sleep."

"That's exactly why I'm staying."

"Aaron-"

"Dont 'Aaron' me, Emma. I'm staying."

"Where will you sleep?"

"On the couch."

"God, Aaron. Letting you stay here was crazy but your not sleeping on the couch."

"Fine, On the floor."

"Aaron! Don't be stupid! You can sleep here with me."

"Really? We're best friends and I dont-"

"Aaron, your sleeping with me not having sex with me. Just this once. Now get in."

"Okay. I'm sorry I went crazy there for a moment."

I laughed and went to sleep, knowing I was safe.
