In the end, as we fade into the night

Andy P.O.V

I sat on the Slytherin common room couch staring at Ashley as he told a story.

"Shove off you're lying." CC scoffed, Ashley and laughed and shook his head.

"No I am being completely serious! She I really did!" Ashley said while laughing.

"Hey guys?" We heard a familiar British voice say at the doorway. We all turned our heads to find the one and only Draco Malfoy. But he looked different, instead of his hair being slicked back it was messy and unkept. He had bags under his eyes and he looked on the verge of tears.

"What's wrong?" I asked carefully, Draco opened his mouth to speak but a sob made its way out. I walked over to him and hugged him. I know he is a dick but that doesn't mean I have to be one too.

"I think my dad did something bad." He eventually choked out, my eyes widened in shock.

"What do your think he did?" I asked him, I knew his family had something to do with the Chamber of Secrets.

"He gave Ginny Weasley Tom Riddle's diary. Now she's the one doing all of this stuff." He cried, sobs wracking his frail body. I was speechless, so I just hugged him even tighter. Eventually the crying stopped and everyone looked very flabbergasted.

"Draco you need to sleep. You look awful, go sleep. I can go and get Harry if you want?" I asked him, knowing that him and the black haired celebrity have been really close. Secretly of course.

"I want Haz. Go get Harry please." Draco pleaded with me, crying very hard. I nodded and looked at Ash with a pleading look. He sighed and got up and walked over to us. He took the crying Draco from me and I immediately sprinted to the Gryffindor common room. Mentally thanking Merlin I am friends with most of the Gryffindors here. I got to the portrait and knocked lightly. Hermione opened the door and saw me doubling over panting. My hands were on my knees and my breathing was heavy.

"Andy what's wrong?" My British friend asked me in urgency.

"Go get Harry for me. Tell him it's important." I managed to get out through my panting. She left to get Harry and by the time she had come back my breathing was more normal.

"What's wrong Andy?" Harry asked, I went to open my mouth when I saw a peculiar sight. Kellin Quinn was sitting on Vic Fuentes' lap giggling over something Vic said. I looked back at Harry and raised my eyebrow.

"It happened a few weeks ago. Kellin came over with Mike wearing some pastel girl clothes and Vic just about died. I heard he went up to him and just kissed him. I was surprised to say the least." Harry explained.

"How were you surprised? They have been hitting on each other since first year!" I exclaimed, Harry shrugged carelessly.

"What did you need, Hermione said it was important." Harry reminded me.

"Oh yeah Draco needs you. He's hysterical, the poor boy is a mess." I told him, his expression grew worried and he sprinted to the Slytherin common room. I sighed and ran after him, we got to the common room quickly. I unlocked it and we saw Draco was still crying. Mumbling that he needed his Harry. Harry's eyes widened and filled with tears.

"Oh Dray what happened?" He said running over to where Ashley was trying to calm Draco down. Harry took Ashley's place and wrapped his arms around the Slytherin's waist.

"I know something bad. It's my fault, I'm sorry." I heard Draco mutter, Harry sighed and hugged Draco tighter.

"Dray what do you know?" He asked like he was asking a child something. Draco cried harder and whispered something in Harry's ear. Harry's eyes widened, and he looked shocked.

"Why don't we take you to bed. You look absolutely exhausted love." Harry said softly, Draco sniffled and nodded. Harry didn't respond just picked Draco up bridal style. Then started carrying him to his room when Draco made a noise of protest.

"I'm sorry guys, I know why would didn't want to hang out with me. I wouldn't either, I just hope we can forget that all and be friends." Draco managed to choke out, his voice full of hope and desperation. I nodded fiercely.

"Of course Draco. If you didn't look so frightened I wouldn't have believed you but I do. So yes we can be friends." I told him, the other guys agreeing. Draco smiled and Harry kisses Draco's cheek softly. Then starting walking to his dorm room.

"Well didn't expect that to happen today." Jake said standing up, we all laughed and agreed.

"Do you think they're dating?" I asked the boys.

"Probably, I mean they are so close." Jinxx said, I murmured in agreement.
