Cora's P.O.V

   Amy and I slowly made our way down to the basement. We finally got down to the floor and I looked around everywhere with my flashlight  until it landed on a chair that was tipped over with someone in it.

"Blake," I said but he was unconscious. I ran over to him and untied the gag around his head I was about to start on his arms and ankles when he started moving.

"Cora is that you?" He asked.

"Yes it's me," I said taking his blindfold off. 

"Oh thank god," He said. I finished untieing him and he stood up next to me and hugged me. I felt something wet on my hands and I looked at them it was blood.

"Blake you have blood all over your back!" I said shocked.

"It's okay it doesn't hurt," He said.

"I was so worried I'm sorry I didn't stop you from running off on your own," He said.

"It's fine, I'm fine," I said as I looked into his big blue eyes. We leaned in closer to each other and soon our lips touched. It felt so right then we parted .

"I've wanted to do that for so long Cora I love you and if we ever get out of her would you like to go on a date with me?" Blake asked.

"Of course but right now we have to go find all the other idiots," I said.

"We should go check the attic I feel a presence up there it's in danger," Amy says and Blake freaked out.

"Who the hell is she?!" He asked.

"This is Amy Adam's little sister she's here to help as long as she's with us Adam can't come near us," I said.

"But I'm only here to help until we find all your friends then I leave but my parents can come to help you if they want " Amy added.

"So you said we should check the attic?" Blake asked and she nodded as we followed her. We started climbing the ladder up there and I saw Cam same as Blake tied to a chair with a blindfold and gag only, this time, he had a bunch of little cuts all over his body.

"Oh my god Cam!" I said as we ran over to him.

"Wake up buddy," Blake said untieing his feet and hands while I did the blindfold and gag.

"Guys Cora you're alive!" Cam said hugging me.

"Yeah I'm alive," I said hugging him back then helping him stand up. We introduced him to Amy and set off to the office to check there. I opened the door and Ricky and Eliot were in the same situation as Blake and Cam were only they didn't have any blood on them they just got knocked out. Cam and Blake went over to them and started untieing them.

"Cora, are you gonna help?" Cam asked.

"Why should I Eliot thinks I'm gonna ruin his life and Ricky doesn't care if I'm dead or alive," I said. Blake walked over to me and kissed me.

"Please they're still your friends whether you like it or not," He said.

"Fine but only because you're adorable," I said.

"Did something happen that I should know about?" Cam asked.

"No, not really," I said. We untied them and waited till they woke up.

"Amy you're being quiet," Cam said.

"Oh sorry it's just being here is making me feel uneasy," She said.

"Who's that?" Ricky asked pointing to Amy. She told them what we've told Cam and Blake and they nodded. Eliot woke up and seemed a bit dizzy.

"Oh, Cora you're alive!" Ricky said hugging me

"Yeah," I said pulling away from the hug.

"Let's go find Matt," I said walking out with the boys and Amy following. We have looked in about every room and none of us really talked except and occasional 'Are you okay' from Blake. We walked up to the last door and opened it. Matt laid in the middle of the room surrounded by blood. There was a huge gash in his stomach and I rushed over to him to check for a pulse but there was nothing.

"No Matt please!" I sobbed.

"I'm so sorry," Amy said.

"Is there anything you can do?" I asked.

"No, I'm afraid not," She said as she started fading.

"Amy please" I begged.

"Cora I'm sorry it's my time to go good luck," She said then fully disappeared.

"Fuck" I cursed,

"Your right Eliot I did ruin your life and ever one else's Matt's dead because of me and Ricky your wish is about to come true," I said running out of the room.

Blake's P.O.V

   Cora ran out of the room I knew what she was gonna try and do she has been suicidal since her dad left.

"Guys come on," I said chasing after her. We followed her into the kitchen and she grabbed a knife and held it to her neck

"Cora don't please" I begged as I started crying with her.

"Cora I didn't mean it I was mad I want you alive your our best friend," Ricky said.

"Yeah and the only reason I said that to Shelby was because I didn't really know you at the time," Eliot said.

"No, I'm a problem like my mom and everyone else says thing would be better without me," Cora said. I ran up and kissed her. She dropped the knife on the floor next to us.

"I love you and you will not kill yourself and you're gonna promise me that I can't live without you and neither can they," I said pointing over to the boys.

"And Matt wouldn't want you to do it your the only one who is smart enough to get us out of here," I said and she nodded.

"I promise I won't do it," She said. We all group hugged and went into the living room which I suppose is the only part of the house with working lights now.

"Well well well look who's back," Adam said as he sat in a chair across from the couch.

"Yeah, we're back," I said.

"Great now i'm gonna give you 3 hours to rest then i'm done going easy on you," He said then disappeared.

Hey guys, I love this book so much I already have an idea for an ending its pretty good and sad at the same time but you'll have to wait and see. Bye :)
