Previously...
Finally I got to the prison, i drove up to the front gate,I grabbed my bow and took Katie out of the car. She held my hand while we walked up to the gate,a Koran man walked up to the gate and had his gun pointed at me and Katie.

Lydia's pov
"Put the bow down" he said
I placed the bow down on the grass
"Any other weapons on you?"
I got my pistol out of it's holster and
I took my throwing knives out of my boots And place it on the ground and i took off my quiver
( a long pouch to hold the arrows that's goes beyond your back)
"I just want to know if Daryl Dixon is here" He looks at me and grabs his walkie-talkie
"Theres outsiders here at the gate asking for Daryl"
"Let them in were on are way"
The Koran man let you and Katie in and grabs my weapons off the ground
I saw a group of people from a distance walking towards me and i see a familiar face
"DAD?!" I yell
"LYDIA!" My dad says as he's running towards me
I hug him and tears started streaming down my face
"I thought you were dead"he said
"UNCLE DARYL" Katie yelled while joining are hug
We separated from the hug and I
See a large group of people looking at me
"This is Glenn"
My dad said pointing to the Koran man as Glenn was handed me my weapons back
I put my pistol back in the holster
My knives back in my boots
And my quiver behind my back
And left my bow in my hand
"And this Hershel and his daughters
Maggie and Beth.......And this is Carol
And Rick and his new born baby Judith who was born a few days ago and his son Carl"
"Everyone this is my daughter Lydia and my niece Katie"
Carl Stood There looking at me with his ocean alike eyes. I felt butterflies in my stomach once i saw him. I haven't gotten this feeling in a long ass while. His eyes were glued on to me. I felt weirdly uncomfortable.
I stood there awkwardly and no emotion was on my face. I see carl smirk appeared on to his beautiful pale face. He comes near me and says
"Names carl grimes" His Smirked Didn't Left his face. I was confused on why he was smirking.
"I'm Lydia" my Voice sounded soft and low and able to be heard, he chuckles and says "cool"

"What happened to you, I saw the car it was flipped over?"my dad asked
"We were in a car accident After we heard the news but uncle John saved me and Katie I've been with him ever since He taught me everything he knows"
"And your mom?"
My eyes stared to tear up,the group was staring at me so I looked down
"I'm sorry,I blacked out after the crash...she was already bit when I woke up..
She tried to bite me so I had to put her down"I said as a tear rolled down my cheek
"It's okay" my dad said while hugging me

Me and Katie went inside with the group
"Carl is going to show you which cell you'll be staying at"Rick said
He didn't say nothing. He just gave me a look to follow him. Me and Katie followed him cell after cell. "Here, you'll be sharing it with beth " he says. He gently pats my back and leans against the entrance.
"If you ever need my help you can find me across" he says smirking and winking. He walks away and i see him entering his cell and laying down. I instantly got goosebumps on how he said it. He gave me the chills.
Katie sat down on the bed, I noticed she was being really quite lately..
"Katie what's the matter?"
"I miss mommy"she said
"I know I miss my mommy too"
She hasn't said anything about her mom lately she only talks about her once in awhile
"She's in a better place now"i said
I heard footsteps coming towards the cell.....It was Beth
"Hey Beth "I said
"Hi Lydia and Katie"
"I hope you don't mind but we're going to be sharing a cell"
"I don't mind at all,I hate being alone"she said
"Lydia I'm tired"Katie said as she rubbed her eyes
"Lay down"
She laid down and fell asleep..
I step outside and stared at the stars
I never noticed how beautiful they were until right now
"There beautiful aren't they?"
I turned around and saw Beth
"It's the only thing that isn't messed up in this world"I said
Me and Beth stared for a few minutes
"Promise me you'll look at the stars every night with me..even if we're not together promise you'll look at them"
"I promise "I said while smiling at her
Me and Beth looked at the stars for a few more minutes and then me and Her headed back to our cell.
