I nod solemnly as tears fall down my cheeks. He pulls me into a hug and draws circles on my back, calming me down. We stood there, in front of my door, hugging, for an hour. I fell asleep on his shoulder.
∆Naruto POV∆
I can't believe Sasuke left, when he told her he wouldn't. I felt her arms go weak and her breathing slow. She fell asleep. I gently lift her off of me and pick her up bridal style. I open my door and place her on my bed. She moves a little and grabs my hand. 'What do I do' I panic silently. "Stay" she mumbles, eyes slightly opening. She scoots over in the bed and I hesitantly climb under the covers. She snuggles into my chest and goes into a peaceful sleep. I kiss her forehead before wrapping my arms around her protectively and falling asleep.
'Hello' I call out. I am wandering around the supposedly empty village. 'Huh'. 'Hello' I shout. I see a trail of blood leading to Zero's body. She's not dead but close to it. I see Sasuke, Uruchimaru, Itachi and sharkface all attacking at once. She grips a gigantic scythe and charges, leaving a trail of blood. I try to run forward but I'm stopped by a forcefield type barrier. 'Zero!' She looks at me with sad eyes 'everyone's safe, no worries. I got them out, I'm going to be a different story.' I looks at her with tears running down my cheeks. 'Naruto, whatever you do, don't mourn over me, continue being the you I know. I love you and I will always be in your heart' she keeps dodging attacks until Sasuke stabs he stomach. 'Sasuke' I shout. He gives an evil smirk as Zero dies 'she got in the way.' I fall to my knees and sob as they disappear. I run over to her body and hug her, her blood all over me 'I'm sorry.'
