Yes. Those two words described me as I slowly woke up. My head ached and it was sore as well. "Ergh.." I mumble as I sat up. What a strange night I had had.
I sat up, stretching carefully. Afterward I walked down the stairs silently as I had heard footsteps. Great just another freaking thing for me to deal with!
The intruder tread lightly toward my piano. However since I am not violent at this time I could only silently freak out. It turned out to be a she and she sat down at the piano, seemingly impressed with the way it shone. Her fingers lingered over a few keys. Something told me she was knew what she was doing, but who was she?! I argued with my mind silently hoping to get somewhere when I noticed she had made her way up behind me.
"Why didn't you do it?" her tone of voice was angry and strict. I was dumb founded but when I saw her face I knew exactly what she meant. "I do not need to answer that." I replied attempting to sound just as annoyed.
She stopped me. "You owe me that much!" I sighed and looked down. Of course I would tell her I couldn't stop myself. "I just couldn't ok? I was just as confused as you are." She smirked.
"I'm Laren," She held out her hand. I took it gently, replying with a short "Jeff."
After a few moments she once again moved towards the piano. I followed swiftly not daring to leave her alone with my beautiful instrument. Laren's fingers moved swiftly key to key playing not anything I would call music but they and it sounds silly but it almost told a story of my raises and falls, failures and achievements, memories and fears, and as her fingers lingered over the last key it told of my end. She sat silently looking down. "I apologize more than you could ever realize."
I noticed how much she hid her emotions. It..it almost made me...like her but it was much more than that. She was so still, nothing but the rise and fall of her chest with each breath.
"May I have this dance?" I uttered that sentence out of nowhere. Her reply came with a soft putter patter of tiny toes on the old, wooden floor. What was I thinking?
We danced together both of us lost in a world of our own. I lost track of time and the world around drifting worriedly into my mind. Some way some how she was on my mind I saw her differently though she was wearing a blue summer dress with her hair in lovely curls with a piece pinned back. Reality hit me in the face like a bull however. I was a ugly monster. I was a killer. No just a killer but Jeff the Killer.

So I decided a cliff hanger is perfect. I will update if I get at least one vote. I don't want to sound whiny but I would like to see some acknowledgment.
