I DO NOT, nor do I claim any ownership to these characters or events. I'm simply changing scene I wasn't happy with. And in my opinions would have changed for the better.
I hope me writing this helps you deal with this loss, for some Lexa wasn't just a fictional character but someone to look up to. Never the less the actress (Alycia Debnam Carey) is still alive and as amazing as ever.
***The death of a fictional character isn't worth the lose your life. PLEASE if you feel any depression or suicidal thoughts, get help or talk to someone!***
With that all said and out of the way, I hope you enjoy this as I enjoy writing it. The way Lexa died didn't have much reason or purpose other than to kill her off and 'advance' the plot. I mean she didn't die for her people, she didn't die for someone she loved, She honestly died the crappiest way possible. I mean think about it:
Grounder #1: Did you hear the commander is dead?
Grounder #2: Really? The Great Heda? The one that won against Roan, Killed the Ice Queen, Formed the coligation, and suffered the lose of a loved one? (Costia)
Grounder #1: Yeah.
Grounder #2: How?
Grounder #1: Uhh... She got shot by a stray bullet.
Grounder #2: Well shit. That's fucked up.

Anyway. I can think of one or two ways this one scene could have been at least a little better.. The rest of it will be the same so.... yeah.
