OMG! Zombies in Naruto!

Chapter 5: On a Mission!

~Sasuke’s P.O.V~

“Where are you two going?” Neji asked as Tamako and I start walking out of the shrine. 

“To figure out who is behind this, if you don’t mind we’ll be on our way,” I told him. 

“You’ll need back up, let Tenten and I back you two up,” 

“Fine whatever but we’re leaving now,” 

“Just because there is a crisis, this doesn’t mean you can start making decisions on your own,” Shizune said from the corner. 

“Are you saying we can’t be strong and go make a change while the Hokage is out?! All we’re trying to do is save everyone if you hadn’t notice,” it was like I had known Tamako for a while now. Though she wasn’t trying to be she was standing up for what she thought was right. The silence aired over the room before Tsunade began to shift. I watched her slowly as her eyes began to open. 

“What is all the argument about around here?” She asked rubbing her eyes. 

“I was telling Tamako, Sasuke, Neji and Tenten that they can’t just decide to make decisions on their own,”

 Shizune was cut off by Tsunade. 

“Just let them go, I believe in them ok?” Shizune sighs and nods to Lady Fifth. After the big commotion the four of us left the shrine and the village. 

“Who do you think is behind this?” Tenten asked. 

“The known suspicions would have to be The Akatsuki,” Tamako answered. 

“Orochimaru as well,” I noted. 

“You didn’t kill him?” 

“Was I supposed to?” I asked slightly confused, though she wasn’t from this world I should’ve expected a question like that.

“Yes you fart,” She said as we continued to run. 

“So the first stop would have to be Orochimaru’s hideout,” Neji said and Tamako nodded. 

“Follow me,” everyone one us ran side by side as we made it to the snake man’s hideout. It seemed pretty much empty. So empty it seemed suspicious, I could sense Neji using his Byakugan. He probably saw that it was suspiciously empty.  Thousands of zombies started to fill the room. 

“Really?” Tenten asked they made a circle around us. Their first target was Tamako. Before she could do anything they trapped her. Like lightning Neji moved. It was the fastest I had ever seen him, or any Hyuga ever move. He stood next to her before using his jutsu to protect him. 

“Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation,” 

~Tamako’s P.O.V~ 

It was incredible, Neji’s speed was undeniable. He jumped in front of me and protected me. 

“Why?” 

“I don’t know my body is moving on its own, and you’re,” he mumbled the last part so nobody could hear.
