~Chapter 9~

Chapter 9: Finding a present

It has been 2 and a half weeks since I ever saw Harry and the boys. Time flew by so quickly and Harry's birthday was next week! I still didn't know what to get him.

I even researched online some of the things Harry would ant for his birthday. How could I not know what he would want?

I've known him for a long time and knew everything about him. How could I be having trouble finding his present?

Heeyyyy gurrrl! Me and you should hav a gurl's day ouutt. Let's go shopping in like an hour?

*message sent*

*beep beep*

From: Mah sistah forevah April ^-^

Heeyyyy! Yeaa! I miss our shoppin dayz! Yea let's go. I'll be ovah at your house in 45 mins kay?

Aiggh see yah laterr!

Finally! A shopping day with my best friend forever April. I never hung out with her for a while.

I decided to take a shower while waiting. I ran upstairs and went straight to the bathroom. I brushed out my hair and made sure there were no knots.

I always liked to brush out my hair before taking a shower because it makes my hair easier to comb out after taking a shower.

I took off my clothes and went into the shower. I turned on the water and made sure that the temperature was just right. Not to hot and not to cold.

I got out of the shower and wrapped my body and hair in a towel. I made sure to squeeze out all the water out of my hair.

I then changed into my favourite pair of white and pink ombre high- waisted shorts, my tribal print tee and my favourite owl ring.

I then combed my hair and blow dried it. I then put on some makeup, but now a lot.

April was gonna be here soon so I picked out my favourite shoes, black converse.

I grabbed my phone and my shoulder hand bag. I checked if my wallet was in there and that I had some money. Check.

April was already downstairs so It was time to leave.

"APRIIIIIIIIILLLLL!" I screamed.

"JESSSSEEEEE!

I ran to her and gave her a big hug. I missed her soo much. She was like a sister to me.

We walked out the door and went to the car. We blasted music while we were going to the mall.

We arrived at the mall and we decided to pick our the different stores we were going to in order.

The first store was Urban Outfitters, then Ardenes, and etc. (I'm Canadian so idk what stores they have in america :p)

"April, can stop by like a guy store? A store that has beanies, shoes and stuff like that you know. I need to buy a present for Harry"

"Sure. Do you know what to get for Harry?"

"No not yet but hopefully I'll find it today"

We looked around and found this men's store. It had everything a guy would want. Beanies, snapbacks, shoes, clothes, etc.

We looked around the store for something Harry might want but we couldn't find anything.

We asked a a guy who worked there what to get for Harry.

"Excuse me? I am trying to find a birthday present for my friend, Harry, but I don't know what to get him. Can you please help us?" I asked the guy.

"Sure. What is your friend interested in?"

"Well he likes cats, and tacos" I joked.

"Very interesting" he smiled

He led us to the back of the store where the shirts and tee's were. He showed us some shirts that had logos on them like "Keep Calm And Love Tacos", "Taco bout Sarcasm", and other logos. I really like the Keep Calm and love tacos shirt so I decided to get him that with some other tee's in his favourite colours.

I wanted to get him something that he didn't have but always wanted. I remembered him telling me about these one-of a -king converse shoes. I paid for the shirts and me and april went to another store. The shoe store we went to was huge! There were rows and rows of every kind of shoes you ever wanted!

I asked one of the workers there if they had the converse shoes in stalk. She said they did.

"Yes we do have that. What size would you like to get?"

"Can I have a size 10 please"

"Sure. I'll be right back" she smiled.

She went to the back of the store which probably had the storage room.

"Do you think Harry would like them" I asked April

"Well he's been telling you about them so of course he would love them" she smiled.

The lady came back with the shoes. She showed them to me and told me about the reviews of the shoes. I was happy that it had good reviews. It was time to pay for the shoes.

"Your total is $169.00" she said.

I paid with my card. She put the shoes in a bag and also put the recite in the bag and then we left. April dropped me home and then left.

I ran upstairs and put all of Harry's present in a big box and wrapped it up in Happy Birthday wrapping paper. I was happy that I finally found his present. I really hope that he would like them. Now all I have to do is wait for the party!

The next chapter will be long too but it will also include juicy stuff top ;)
