As Serena managed to rest here at the Higurashi shrine, it had been about 5 days. Sota's mother kept feeding her and Sota helped her around the house until her legs were able to move again. She was getting stronger already she sensed time wasn't on her side, but she hoped she had enough time to heal in time to get out of here.

As she smiled and thanked the family many times. As she managed today to walk to the table without help.

"OH...! Dear, are you sure you are feeling good enough to be moving on your own? Asked Mrs. Higurashi" Checking.

"I am fine, Thanks to all of you for helping me out and healing me back to full health, thank you, says Serena" sitting down. As Luna and Artemis were welcomed in by Moe on the first day. As they were drinking milk and keeping quiet like common cats.

As the family spoke for a while. As Mei said she's off to school she'd see them all later. As they all waved her off. Serena told her to be careful. she nodded her head. As Serena walked outside to the tree of ages. She felt an energy from it as she touched the bark of the tree's bark and felt its energy and its ancient power.

As she got a smell glimpse all of a sudden through the tree trying to talk to her. She only for a second sees a man trapped on this very tree. but she couldn't see anyone here now? What was that? Asked Serena" confused.

She stared at the tree for a moment longer, she saw no one, but what was that back there? Was the tree trying to communicate with her? is showed her a vision of someone. like someone was in trouble?

As it was about noon. When Mom was out in the garden picking her plants. As Serena looked back at the family that took her into their, home, she figured it was best she did help them out.

As Serena offered to help out with helping her out. As she accepted it. As she noticed all these herbs. "Is this what you've all been using on my wounds? Asked Serena" curiously. As Mrs. Higurashi nodded her head.

"My daughter taught me, all about these old herbs and brought them to me when she came back from her time-traveling journeys', she taught me all about these herbs, she brought us a bag to help us get started, and we've been tending to this garden ever since, Said Mrs. Higurashi" serious tone voice.

"She seems to be quite the healer type of person, she must have had a gentle heart, says Serena" being kindhearted.

"She is very kindhearted of a girl, or she used to be, before she left, something was off with her, but she changed, she used to be full of kindness and wonder, I was so proud of, but it's just something I noticed before she left, she just wasn't acting like herself anymore, it's odd and strange but she just changed, Said Mrs. Higurashi" gently admitting it out loud.

"What do you mean by that? That she changed? Asked Serena" curiously.

"I could never bring myself to admit it to Sota or any of the others, but a mother knows her child, and I knew what was inside Kagome's heart, I fear she didn't go to the other world or to the other side to go back there for love, like my son believes, I think...! she went back to take care of unfinished business, I fear she had other intentions, I am not sure what they are or what those reasons of hers were, she never told me, but I could tell something inside my daughter seemed darker, she didn't laugh or smile the way she used to, it was like everything she became something else, like she was different not pure or light anymore, it was like she was corrupted by something else, and she was obsessed with getting her way or whatever it was that she wanted, she wanted it badly or that's the feeling I got when we last chatted long ago, or it felt wrong in my heart, it scared me, but I never confronted her about it, but I fear her reasons for going back wasn't for happiness or love, and I fear the boy that she once loved, He may have suffered greatly because of her, Said Mrs. Higurashi" serious tone voice.
