Left on the sidelines
Stuck at a red light
Waiting for my time
And I can't see
You dried your hair and went outside to go on a walk. Your light hacker and sweat pants felt nice as the wind blew on your light skin.
Your h/l blew slightly as you listened to (favorite song) on your iPod. With one earbud out, you listened to the environment around you as well.
"Y/n!" you heard a voice yell. It seemed as though it were far away. You turned around and saw a small orange figure run toward you. Was that...Wander? You blushed. This wasn't going to end well.
"Y/n? Whatcha doin?"
"J-just listening to music." You looked away, thinking about the dream you had earlier.
He stayed silent for a minute.
"Where are you going?" he asked, walking along your side.
"I dunno...just walking around I guess. Getting stuff outta my mind..."
"What's on your mind?" Oh, crap. You couldn't tell him about that dream...never...
"N-nothing..."
