I sat with a huff in my empty book store, twirling a piece of blue hair around my finger as I read one of our newest novles, people usually didn't come in after 5 leaving me alone with all of the books and lots of free time. I leaned back and gazed out my window to a small tattoo shop across the street, there was a tattoo shop, most of the residents of our town had gotten a tattoo from the small shop, it was sort of tradition in our tight knit community, we even had the exact same one, it was the symbol of our town. I remembered the day I got mine, but that was before the new guy started working there. He was tall, had fluffy black hair, dark eyes not to mention a well built body, he was all that seemed to occupy my attention now a days. As I glanced across the small street and into the shop, spotting the man of my dreams in an old faded t-shirt, I thiught 'who can blame me he's hot'. I sighed leaning onto the counter and closing my eyes, I could just imagine what his arms would fell like holding me, strong and warm. The bell above the store entrance rang and my eyes flew open as I looked up "Hi, W-" I stopped half way through my sentence as I noticed who had entered, I blinked a few times to make sure I wasn't still day dreaming "Hey, I'm looking for a good horror novel" His deep said as he stepped up to the counter, now that he was closer I could see the two little studs of metal underneath his bottom lip and had the sudden urge to lean forward and brush my thumb on them. Blushing slightly at my thoughts I nodded hopping off my stool "R-right this way" I said, noticing exactly how tall he really was, I led him through rows of books and as I did so, I could fell his eyes on me, watching every move I made as we walked further back into the book store "I don't think I've ever seen you around, I'm Gajeel" the deep voice said, he stuck out his hand for me to shake, as he did I noticed a tattoo of a silver dragon on his right hand as "Levy" I said sounding unsure of myself as I glanced up at the taller man, he smirked at me stuffing his hand in his pocket as soon as I let it go "well thanks for the help shrimp" he said grabbing the nearest book and flipping through it, not satisfied he set it back on the shelf and opened the next one.
Nervously I made my way back to the counter, my eyes tracing the edges of his muscles, noticing which movements made his abs stand out more, although that wasn't a hard thing to do in his tight shirt. I bit my lip resting my chin on a propped up hand as I stared at him, I imagined all the things I could do to him, well more all the things he could do to me as he flipped through books. Apparently finding one he liked, Gajeel walked over to the counter, book in hand "that'll be 1150 yen" I told him scanning the small book, he dug into his pocket and pulled out the money setting it on the counter as he observed me "you should think about getting a tattoo," Gajeel said, his eyes scanning the skin my tank top showed off, "something on your collar bone, in a bright color thag brings out your eyes" his low voice said matter of factly as he turned and walked out the door. I considered it for a bit, a private session with him, his hands on my bare skin, skillfully tracing a design permanently onto me, with a slight shiver I blushed not wanting to let my imagination wander.
I threw myself on the glass case of Lucy's store the day after "I got it bad" I mumbled to the blonde girl who squealed with delight for me "You should ask for his number, say it's for 'work purposes'" the girl said in her cheery voice, that didn't at all match her devious grin. A small Wendy noodled as she looked at me, the girl was sitting on the counter near my head "you know that's a pretty cleaver way of doing it" the short girl said a hand reaching out to pet the white cat who sat next to her "first off young lady, you spend to much time with Lucy here, secondly, what if I get nervous and goof it up" I said with a groan, Lucy lightly punched my shoulder, rolling her eyes in trademark fashion "Just go for it" she lightly pushing me off the counter "Psh, your one to talk, I bet Natsu hasn't even gotten to second base yet" I said in a teasing tone, as I spoke, Lucy rushed to cover the young and innocent Wendy's ears, but apperently not soon enough. "What's second base?" Wendy asked in an innocent voice as Lucy glared daggers in my dirrection, taking this ad my single to leave I quickly walked out the door and the short distance to my store. I threw open the door and walked upstairs to where my 'house' was, with a sigh I plopped down on my bed. "I think I can, I think I can" I mumbled into my pillow.
