Introduction Arc" Part 1 The Hero Is Late (Hïrö wa okurete imasu)

In downtown Ram City, a giant Rabbit Monster is attacking civilians, atop of a building stands a man. The man jumps off the building in lands on the ground and as the camera pans up showing his cool yellow sneaks, his orange shorts, his orange and yellow tank top with lightning bolt on it and black and yellow goggles that go perfectly with his blonde hair. The people scream "Yay! The hero Spark is here !"(what you thought it was the main hero sorry you'll have to wait for that). The Rabbit Monster attacks Spark. Spark jumps in the air and charges up three jumbo Newton Balls and charges them with Explosive Energy and throws them at him. The balls hit the monster, but he shrugs them off and grabs Spark who then decides to release some electric energy that paralyze the monster and knocks him unconscious.

The M.R.A. (Monster Restriction Association) arrive in takes the monster into capacity. Spark is seen talking to the cops, but he hears screaming and turns to see a teenage boy wearing red and black skin armor, black shoes and gold spikes and of course a loud mouthed Dragon as his left arm and he disappointingly says the words "umf Takosu". Takosu (yes our main hero) arrives and is late. Spark ask him what was his excuse this time. Takosu tries to explain, but is cut off by Juragon his Left Arm aka Dragon the two start to argue, but Spark breaks it up and begins to lecture them about the meaning of being a hero. Takosu who thinks that this is just another cocky hero thing that Spark does, leaves. Leaving Spark in the middle of town talking to himself.

Takosu arrives at his house and calls for his mom, but remembers that his parents and older brother were killed in a fire. Takosu starts reminisce about how the fire was his fault.

Back then Takosu was thief and was apart of a gang. One day the gang of thieves broke into the house of a successful woman lawyer. As they was taking her stuff she came home. The gang escape, but Takosu who was using the bathroom at the time and was caught by the woman. The woman who turned out to be a witch and she cursed Takosu with the Dragon Limb curse, turning his left arm into a Dragon. Back at home Takosu tries to control the Dargon so he punches it and the Dragon begins to burn down the house. Takosu who is now immune to fire escapes, but his family didn't.

Juragon snaps him out of his daydream tells him that another monster is attacking another city. Takosu tells him doesn't want to go and doesn't want to be the hero. Juragon tells as long as he controls 40% of Takosu's brain he's going to be a hero and drags Takosu out of the door.
